There are so many potential causes of this behaviour. My brother needed to manually change the MHz it operated on to resolve his issues. If wifi6 works fine for you, can you force that?

I got the same thing with Wifi5. I solved it by disconnecting all ethernet devices and connecting them wirelessly.

Bluetooth is made to have really low power use. You probably won't even notice the battery difference of it being on. A consequence of the design is that it can't send lots of data at any reasonable speed.
