So does Tether buy Treasuries and pockets the ~3.5% interest (requires the initial capital). Then with the USDT they can finance over-collaterised BTC/Crypto/etc loans and pocket the ~10% interest as well. Essentially getting a very low risk free13.5% yield, that can then be used to buy Treasuries and around we go again?
