BTW, #gold is more sensitive to bubbling and popping than #bitcoin . Let me explain. People FOMO into gold the same way they FOMO into Bitcoin. The difference is that once people FOMO into gold, they can’t do anything with it. They have to sell it to use it—because gold will never be a currency again. Not in the digital age. Not on the internet. Bitcoin, on the other hand, even when it enters bubble territory, can still function as a currency. It’s not widely accepted, but it can be used—and that very fact might even encourage more businesses to start accepting it.
