This weekend I got to visit family who you can say were MAGA and diehard Trump fans. Only to be surprised that they all hated everything he did and said that he lied during his campaign and did not fulfill any of his campaign promises. Interesting development.

I seem to have an unpopular opinion based on what I read online about Pokémon Legends ZA. Everyone seems to hate it for some reason, I think it’s a great game. Arceus had a better story in general, but the fighting mechanics in ZA is the most enjoyable off of all Pokémon games made. I would recommend the game if you played these type of games before.

To the same current situation we are all talking about. And I don’t disagree with this at all. You are absolutely, 100%, correct. But business has decisions to make, compromises to deal with. At the end of they are not a good business they won’t last. Also, Business should have clear terms of service on what they can deliver and what they can’t, maybe give the user alerts whenever possible, that what they are about to do could result in not ideal experiences. I (we) pay for a lot of services that are not on nostr and they have their shortcomings also, this is not a nostr thing, this is life. It’s not like I’m 100% satisfied with every service I subscribe to. Lastly, good and bad customer experience costs the same, so no excuse there.
Life is about give and take. Personally, I believe that when people consistently ignore this balance, things tend to break down—sometimes in serious ways. Back to this week’s issue: it isn’t any one person’s fault. Generally speaking, the user should carry the least amount of burden. At the same time, users should remember that this decentralized platform is what allows them to get paid directly—no middlemen, no percentage cuts. So yes, we give, and we take. If there’s one key takeaway, it’s this: for the system to work—and for frustrations to stay manageable—everyone has to participate. When content isn’t being zapped, artists feel like they gave but never got to take. That imbalance is what ultimately leads to frustration. Good morning nostr.

Yeah, I’d like to see nostr solve e-commerce. The implementation we have now are not good imo. We still need to work on that part.
That’s so true, and the more other stuff gets created more new users will find value in different apps, eventually attracting them to the whole network. I always wonder what will be the next nostrified thing? 😂 there are so many things that it causes me to not be able to think of something so clearly. What do you think is the next interesting nostrified app?
