1) He's not a"soldier", 2) she didn't try to run him over, she was turning away from him and anyone with eyes to see can watch both videos and see that. 3) They litsrally just gunned down another man in the streets yesterday. Fired multiple shots into him as he lay on the ground unarmed (a different ice thug tookaway his gun (which he had legally and did not point at the thugs) PRIOR to the other thug unloading his magazine into him. There are multiple videos from multiple view points of that too.
