Have you tried supplementing magnesium? A few things that helped me tremendously: moving away from all of my shitty influences, metaphysical session with a trusted healer, exercise like a mf, magnesium, giving up weed. It's a fight all the way, but that's what did it for me. I only say this hoping to help in what tiny way i can. I hope you find relief soon. I too have had those dreams: people dying, running from some beast, flights and paying, woken up crying, panicked, with an actual adrenaline rush, unshakeable sorrows that lasted days.
