This 10k limit today is for business, the amount a business can have on hand ie make a deposit no questions asked... 3k is the current limit for cash withdrawals at the bank till but currently needs to be asked in advanced with 2500 being the recommended amount for no questions asked, nvm the case of atms being out of cash during festival or even mid week as to stop cash transfers, this I have been noticing becoming more common and not to mention loval brances closing taking with them the atms, even the older generation is learing to usine card as slowly their pension's redemptions are becoming mandatory card top ups if not direct payments
