Naming or looking to how it's manifested in others as a career has been less fruitful for me than just thinking and acting upon what I've learned. It all seems to end up in some form of ladder climbing, where those ladders are placed by someone else... and I've kinda realized I'm done with that type of work. Its exhausting. Letting it fall out of me through the work I do is way more fulfilling, so I'm always on the look out for opportunities to do so.

Its actually the opposite 😅. This is more a process philosophy - everything is in continuous flux, just varying intensities and speeds Thinking "about" assumes you can construct some stable structure (an argument) to recreate the object you're trying to convey or understand, which doesn't actually work for anything we deal with. If everything is movement, and you can only speak through the static representations words have, you can only capture the trace/imprint of the thing, rather than the thing itself. Thinking "with" takes that problem and says "i don't care about recreating, i only care what my understanding has done to me, and what I can do with that knowledge to affect more change in others"

My interpretation, its a sort of accelerant and amplifier of the self. It works with your ideas like a roadway and rapidly reproduces and constructs, mixing in its own training biases of course. But that's why there's the issue of sycophancy and llm induced psychosis - extending your logical systems at a fast rate amplifies both the blind spots and pitfalls with your thinking. If you're not careful with that, you'll spiral into thinking you're The Genius of the universe with insights no one has thought about (unlikely) without any pushback from agents that operate on their own frameworks to collide and limit your own.
