Walk through your day of chores and track your path. The things you touch everyday should be closer while keeping smells in mind. Food forest is touched least so should be farthest. Compost and garden shed are probably used daily. Ideally having on way between house and garden and animals.

It would be a good question for AI.

Quite a bit. Maybe like 10 stalks per plant if not wanting to over harvest. I've not had good luck with mine.

#asknostr someone on here had their own AI tool and it had a number of different focuses. One was plant medicine and holistic health. Anyone remember the website or person?

I haven't heard of or use those before but after looking into them and using AI to compare a bit it seems like they are very aligned. Some slightly different wording and intent.

I did some work on a document i put together before. I changed and tweaked a few things from our conversation and your input. Sorry it's so long and it copied in poorly. If you don't review or comment I understand. I just wanted to add here for future reference. This document defines the different levels of alignment required for a team or project to resolve an issue, mitigate a risk, close a gap, or achieve improvement. Some levels may not always be explicitly discussed due to shared understanding, history, or experience. However, missing or assumed alignment at any level can lead to rework, misalignment, or dissatisfaction among customers or leaders due to unspoken expectations. Developing and aligning these levels is the act of planning and strategic thinking. Strategy is the deliberate choices and tradeoffs made across these levels, while the plan is the communication of these levels to others. As new information emerges, any level may be revised, provided alignment is re-established. Vision (Aspirational: Rarely Changes) Definition: A visionary statement that inspires and provides a clear picture of a preferred future. It should be aspirational yet credible enough to guide priorities while acknowledging key constraints and assumptions. Analogy: Vision is a compass direction for explorers. It is not the path or destination, but the direction that guides decisions. If your wish were granted, what would you actually want to be true? Outcomes (Impact: Occasional Changes) Definition: Outcomes describe the measurable benefit or change expected as a result of achieving the vision. They address value, impact, and success criteria, focusing on results rather than the activities that produce them. Analogy: Outcomes are a "lighthouse." They represent attainable destinations that guide decisions and tradeoffs despite uncertain or constrained conditions. Objectives (Strategic: Expected Changes) Definition: Objectives are specific, measurable initiatives to produce the defined outcomes. They should be tangible, time-bound, and aligned with SMART principles. Analogy: Objectives are "stepping stones" across a river. Each stone represents a deliberate effort that makes reaching the outcomes possible. Tasks (Day-to-Day/Tactical: Frequently Changes) Definition: Tasks are the granular, day-to-day activities required to accomplish the objectives. They include ownership, effort estimates, dependencies, due dates, and definitions of done. Analogy: Tasks are the muscles moving you from stone to stone. There are many ways to achieve the objectives, but some sequences are more efficient and sustainable than others.

Thanks for the thought provoking statement. I think that my original vision-outcomes-objectives-tasks is all accurate still and the "strategy" would be my communication of what is going to be done to achieve the vision. Normally the strategy isn't the first thing to be thought of. It comes after vision and outcome in my mental model. This is all how my brain works. We may be debating over how an Easter bunny looks though and just talking about the same thing in different ways.

Understanding the Human action model. plan out best case scenario, worst case scenario, and likely scenario. Write stuff down. Define if you want a drill bit or a hole. Defining the outcome vs a tool can help open up alternatives.

Do it. Good neighbors can't be beat

Have you done one before? Did it change anything? What type of cleanse?

Scary how some people got the human nature figured out so early. Things will continue to get bumpy. Get to know Jesus and your neighbors.

Could also look into adding probiotics such as kombucha, kefir, yogurt. Adding yogurt whey to her face for 20 minutes and then washing off. May be a combo of gut issues and skin issues. Could try a parasite cleanse(dedicad wormwood 11in 1). Has she gone anywhere recently or did any adventurous eating or swimming a few months ago? Any major dental work done a few months ago?
