Not all mouse poisons are created equal. Some need three feedings over three days. Some mice have built up immunity. I bought some cheap and small live traps for red squirrels and chipmunks but they work amazing for mice. I just put a couple peanuts in them and leave them outside along a wall. I still have poison and mouse traps inside though. I think everything is under control now compared to when we moved in earlier this year.

Thanks for the education. I learned something new. I think our friend group is using the wrong terminology. "The main difference is that quiche has a pastry crust, while an egg bake, like a frittata, is crustless. Quiches are a savory custard baked in a crust with a higher ratio of dairy to eggs, while egg bakes are more egg-forward with a lower dairy content and typically cooked in a skillet and/or oven"

Historically considered a cake I believe. We usually do in hot dish pans but we don't always do crusts so maybe ours is more considered an egg bake/hot dish. We do usually put down a layer of hash brown at the bottom after greasing the pan. That works a bit like a crust.

Deer hunting camp is more about the community and relationships aspect than the meat. Meat is a bonus but the multi generational men group spending time together is my favorite. I do get sad every year thinking about the number of guys who have passed that were influential in my life at deer camp. #grownostr

Yes. It's important to define what the intent is. If it's to be a good big game hunter or survival shooter or SWAT shooter then not relating on tools is important. But if your goal is to ego shoot the soup can at 1000 yards then let them have their fun. Haha the real fun is getting them to admit it is ego shooting.

The float may be stuck down letting the gas keep coming into the bowl and over flowing. A chunk may be stuck in the needle and seat which the float lifts up the needle to seal it off when the carb is full. Sometimes a good jostle can break it loose. Pick generator up about 3 inches and drop it. May need to drop bowl off while leaving rest of carb on and ensure the float stops gas flow when raised up. Or perhaps the float is in backwards. Sometimes chunks of stuff come from gas tank and plug up the needle and seat and prevent it from sealing.
