The age when symptoms of autism set might be consistent, or it could be just the age at which they are most easily recognised (to an extent that's literally what a symptom is anyway though). The young age at which most people get diagnosed is largely due to the imbalance of support given to young children โ in a lot of countries the probability of a child being accurately diagnosed plummets as soon as they hit 13, and almost nobody is diagnosed in the second half of their life. No number of vaccines is ever going to change anyone's DNA or give/remove a geneic condition like autism. If there was then humanity would have already cured disorders like Down's syndrome which have, in comparison, extremely clear chromosomal indicators. There's an argument that vaccines could "exaggerate symptoms" of autism, though of course almost none of the thousands of studies on links between autism symptoms and vaccine administration have ever picked it up because it would be impossible to test when so many other factors do the same, or the effects would be so tiny that finding a conclusive result wouldn't even be useful in the real world.
Half of all crop farming goes to feed animals anyway, so just as many small animals will be killed harvesting crops for the cow as harvesting for humans. And the fact that the harvested food will be able to feed several times more people than the flesh of the cow because of how inefficient the cow is at turning grain/grass/feed into meat. The goal of Veganism is to mitigate suffering as much as possible, and there aren't many other decisions that can reduce one's impact by 75% so easily. Total elimination of harm in food production is very difficult.
"For me this glass is already broken. I enjoy it; I drink out of it. It holds my water admirably, sometimes even reflecting the sun in beautiful patterns. If I should tap it, it has a lovely ring to it. But when I put this glass on the shelf and the wind knocks it over or my elbow brushes it off the table and it falls to the ground and shatters, I say, "Of course." When I understand that the glass is already broken, every moment with it is precious." I think of myself as more of a glass-half-broken kind of person.

At one point I had a CI action in a public repo that SSHed into my home server to deploy ๐
