No. The US has a good federal standard for Freespeech. But in a truer sense of the concept Freespeech is about being able to speak without violent intervention from anyone / anything. Both bitcoin & nostr are built for removing ability to block speech. The final ground is boosting the culture that allows speech to be free. That's extremely important.
