Nearing end of 132 hour water fast. Feel good. Feel like I could keep going. Checked my BP this morning which I rarely do. Expected it to be below normal but it was a moderate amount elevated. Maybe I over did the salt with my water? Interesting at least. I’ll pay more attention for a bit. #fast #fasting
