This may be an excellent time to buy Square stock. The stock seems poised to catch up with the other big Tech titles once it breaks out of that channel. Especially now that we have that Bitcoin backwind with a real opportunity to disintermediate Visa/Mastercard in the long term. CC wdyt?

It’s not at all accessible to the average person. And even for the average Bitcoiner it’s not clear that the trade-offs make it an attractive choice.

Ok this may be true if in the future there is just going to be a fully automated and optimized way for channel management. But even in principle I think the economics of Lightning don’t really lend themselves to most people adopting it in a self-custodial way
