Maria, glad you found us too! Thanks for being real, and all the smiles... 😉🤗
GM, started stacking at $42k, up to $69k, down to 17, up to 126, back to +/-61k... Shrugs, found my zen, don't really pay as much attention anymore, regularly! 😁
Most of my apps come off the Zapstore, sorry to hear about Google googling though! 🤗
Have a productive and blessed day, Maria! 🤗😁
#GMnostr #homesteading #Missouri after a second burn, the soon to be #biochar looks excellent, very high quality! Still neefs crushing and charging, for innoculation, but I am very stoked! Also, last night, we did a presentation on natural #beekeeping before the county's council, the University of Missouri Extension folks, and some local bank officials, plus over Zoom our districts MO state representative! Very erll received, new contacts made, and even have info coming about some Hives For Heroes program ran by the U of M (I think!) 😁
Any more of a windfall for Putin than it already has become, they mean...? 🙄😂
Yep, with most of your stack, I agree. A small part on Strike to cover monthly bills or bigger yearly ones with SmartLOC... Also, live below your means! I use Strike and plan to continue stacking even harder with the LOC, and keep moving to cold storage when it hits the linits I am comfortable with.
😂 never know what we will get each year, been mostlu mild this winter in N Missouri, somwtimes near 70F in Dec and Feb! But, also cold snaps afterward down to -10F and windy...
Yikes Maria! Hope it stays off your property. 25mph winds here last night, but no fire. Probably our worst case scenario too
#GMnostr #truckstr #trucking An exciting drive this morning and afternoon through WY and UT! I-80 shut down from Evanston, WY to Lyman, WY... So, detoured South at Lyman and added about 120 miles to our trip. Gorgeous scenery though!!! May post a followup with a few more pics. Got here safe to first farm, about 5 hours later than planned...but, safe.
Yep, 10F this morning. House dropped to about 65F... Maybe the coldest inside all winter! LOL
Definitely want to consider if I can find a smaller inside drum... Maybe 20-25 gallons? Not sure if available, but yes, need smaller feedstock for fuel along the sides. Cold and stiff wind hurt the optimal conditions, thinking how I can make some sort of windbreak and have a sort of area dedicated to making biochar. With 30 acres, just need to consider other functions around the shop area. Hoping to set up solar array this year, we have a burn area with gravel and some cinder blocks that I used... Maybe I could find a larger steel drum? Lots to investigate. AI is becoming my friend for looking for resources!
#biochar #permaculture #homesteading Loaded my homemade retort for the first time today. About 32F and windy! Hoping to do well with the 30 gallon inside drum loosely packed with bones, cow skulls and antlers, chunks of wood under 18" long up to about 2x6 size... Will post results but may be in a few days!
and I, both natural beekeepers in Missouri... 😁
will keep playing with it, although I like Primal, wisp is lighter and faster. useful at times for sure. that B for sats though, really gives me angst! 🙄😂
