Haha, love it.. I am coping with my bitcoin having increased over the last few years significantly, just fine. This year, with a stack being bigger than it was 12 months ago, if you just stayed humble and stacked sats, the onlt folks I know who really get concerned about dollar price of bitxoin are my normie friends... Moreboptions now for using bitcoin to buy beef, sell my honey, etc. The Amish still prefer fiat for eggs though. So, I spend the fiat when it works and use bitcoin when it is for somehing lasting and the seller won't accept pieces of paper because they know better. Bitcoin is long term money, so not worried about using it for everything today...

Got it, you are a company and data from over a time frame longer than 1 year doesn't affect you. Good luck to you, I would hope one day you can relax your tunnel vision and look at a broader picture. But, that day is not today. Bitcoin is ripping in hash rate, adoption keeps being exposed in more and more countries, but when you have some arbitrary measuring unit of account, then apparently your views trump most everyone else. Jesus had a valid claim to that, you sir, I don't believe do... 😉

I guess if you only look at one year at a time, then you could consider that it is only up 60% year over year isnt as good as some years... I try to zoom out though, and measuring in BTC houses are getting cheaper every year, honey is cheaper, value of a paycheck is less year ovrr year. Try lowering your time preference... Or don't, you do you. I enjoy watching my net worth in BTC go up over time

At about 1.1 zetahash, how in the world is this year a loss? Fiat is tumbling all over, but 1BTC still equals 1BTC. Use a real measuring stick!

Sort of like using cash balance whole life insurance, overfunding it for a few years, abd then takinh loans against your policy. You still pay back the loans, but most of the interest if you pay like you had taken a bank loan, would increase the value of your cash balance.
