Only got started as BTC only about 4 years ago, so playing catch up it feels like! We are just at different segments in life though... I want more BTC and have 'stuff' and relationships built in general... Sounds like maybe you are coming from another point on the spectrum and we are both heading towards some nebulous middle ground! I might be a bit nore relaxed if I had enough BTC to be able to sell it and pay off the mortgage and have a bit left... Not that I would do so, hard to beat a 3.25%, 30 year mortgage, in today's landscape 😂😁

Well, good for you! Always good to consider other options. I'll keep stacking from my fiat job like a mad man, but already have a homestead and community, wood shop (mostly), spare cars and a tractor, gator, tools, etc. Need to work on rainwater catch, been looking at tanks lately, and get our two pallets of solar panels up after building the rack. Got bees and 700 saplings last year, just bought a couple dozen apple, crabapple and persimmon trees to plant this spring that are already 2-3 years old. BTC, skills, tools, copper jacketed lead, all good things, but community is the most important. Prayers that you will accomplish much this year in terms of preparing for the future.

Yeah, not new news, but thinking alongside my own views. For a first podcast, I give it a 7-7.5/10. Good subject, speaking clearly and easy to understand, no ums and uhs. Better than I would do, I am sure. A suggestion though, there is often the sound of your breath at the end of many sentences, I'd assume that is a mixing fix or maybe one of those little screens that people put between their mouth and the mic? Not really sure, and don't want to be negative at all. Looking forward to the next episode. I'd assume it being you're first time, you were a bit nervous. Like with any new skill... Again though, well done. Room to improve, but no one aces a new skill their first try. Good job, you got off zero unlike so many of us! 👍😁

Sad... Been a great app for me for the last maybe 6-8 months, on GrapheneOS. I know others said they had issues, but rarely for me, and never lasted this long. Usually just a few hours

Well done! We homeschooled for 3-4 years, but buying land outside a small town and having both the preacher and former preacher assure us that their kids attend the local K-12 school and that they keep a close eye via school board meetings, etc. has been a step our family accepted and has overall enjoyed. Bit different place in our journey, I'd think though, as our twins are starting high school next year, and my Spanish speaking (predominantly) wife has appreciated more help with teaching many subjects. Such a positive difference between Kansas City metro schools and rural Missouri! No PC junk taught, farm kids know their are two genders not 42, from observation...lol As younger teens, we like that they are pushed to do band, participate in sports, be involved with church and community, etc. Home schooling was a blessing during the plandemic though, and we still encourage considering alternative views to the societal standard these days. I mean, not many bitcoiners in a town of around 300! 😂 Do it as long as it works for you, and never worry about whetherbothers agree or disagree with your choices. Y'all are the parents! Best of luck, and enjoy the time with your kids and helping them learn to explore life and find their calling and passions!

You are welcome. Not an editor here, nor do I play one on TV... lol, but step by step. For second pod you have a transcript, great! I don't know if a pause for breath is really a big deal. Maybe it IS easy to splice and dice...shrug Experiment a bit. Maybe being new, record it two ways, like the first say 3-4 minutes... Then ask your wife and kids, or a trusted friend etc. You listen and they do... Try breathing as needed vs measuring each sentence, maybe relax in a chair with good posture or a bar stool vs at a desk? Maybe there is a pause button when you need a breath instead of actually stopping the recording, or a mute button? You'll get your style figured out. Some may like it and others not, just focus on the message YOU want to put out. If that is high signal, the heck with folks who dislike your delivery. Hopefully, they will at least make constructive comments about areas to improve in their eyes... 😉
