Yoke carry - easily the most anabolic #strength exercise you can do. If your gym has these hiding unused in the corner, and your still running to block your squat rack instead, you're doing it wrong. Load up with 2-3x of your max squat and give it 6 sets of 2x 20-30m. If you have a little bit of driveway or a flat backyard, it would be the first, and maybe the only one home gym equipment I'd get. Takes less space than a squat rack, can be easily moved, and you can do there every single thing as in the rack (maybe with the exception of swinging pull ups).
