The Seatadel will not be just a boat. It will be infrastructure. A Bitcoin laboratory at sea. A floating citadel. A different frame of reference. Onboard, Bitcoin will not be theorized. It will be operated. A full Bitcoin node will run permanently — even in the middle of the ocean, even while moving — to prove that sovereignty is possible anywhere. There will also be an active Nostr relay. Decentralized and sovereign communication, even far from traditional networks. No dependency. No intermediaries. A library will travel with the vessel. Books on Bitcoin, Austrian economics, individual freedom, sovereignty, navigation, and essays. Part of the contributions will continuously renew this library and allow books to be given away in ports, anchorages, and conferences. Weekly meetups will take place onboard. Structured conversations between Bitcoiners and the curious. The sea will become a living space of transmission. The Seatadel will sail from conference to conference, from meetup to meetup, by sea. It will not simply arrive. It will extend the conversations onto the water and slowly weave a global network across the miles. The vessel will not be a means of transport.
