Yesterday I visited a few businesses in my Boise neighborhood, who already use @Square POS system. Even though I didn’t “orange pill” any sellers yet, I was happy to have planted some bitcoin “seeds” and spark some interesting conversations. 😊 It’s a start, and it was fun to connect with my community. Like @HODL says, “You can just do things” … for me, hitting up local businesses in my neighborhood to see if they’ll accept #bitcoin payments is the thing I’m doing. Don’t let the noise of the broken system distract you from what really makes you happy. Oh snap!! Yeah, I definitely need to jump in OPA more often. OPA and Telegram aren’t always on my radar, but I for sure need to work on it. Lol

Also, I’m thinking of having a meetup in the downtown area sometime. Just like a morning, grab coffee one. I’ve been hitting up local businesses who use Square POS to see if they’ve turned on their bitcoin feature. If so, I’ll do the meetup there in support to their business. Stay tuned! Haven’t found one yet, but working on it. 😅 The dream/goal meetup would be for newbies coming in and wanting to learn more of the ABC of Bitcoin. 🤞

I wasn’t able to make it again. Boo! Had a prior engagement already scheduled and when I committed, I thought meetups were on Thursday’s. I think it’s being switched up to Tuesday’s now, which can work for me as well.
