I don't think it's about screentime per sé (although I do believe they're brainwashing us through screen frequencies so less is best) but we do need to teach what the tools are and how to master them. What we should be advising/teaching our children to counter zombie virus is that our minds are like an empty bucket. You can fill this bucket with garbage that will overtime rot and give you a rotten brain. Garbage in garbage out. Alternatively and more wisely is you can fill your bucket with soil, fertilizer and seeds and watch a perpetual blooming of the mind giving you an ever smarter brain, a bouquet of knowledge and intelligence. That is how you define smart vs dumb, zombie vs based, npc vs chad, slave vs sovereign!
