How good is :zed: Zed? While I am learning and really liking :neovim: Neovim, I would like to have a GUI IDE as well. One that isn't bloated or tied to big tech, where it is murky what their real plans are. Idea is also to complement with a tool that can do things Neovim still has challenges with, in particular code refactoring that involves files and imports. There's a lot of buzz about #Omarchy and I get it. What DHH shows in https://youtu.be/I5Mnni7cea8 is cool for the combo :arch: + #Hyprland Then I watched https://youtu.be/6YJImMYKefk and got even more intrigued, as it dug into the code a lot more. There are a lot of really interesting design choices, including in code, that I will learn from and adopt for my own #UX and #DX I'm working on, Also, hopefully the fingerprint will work on my new laptop too.
