Now, a strong MPO field is set to take on one final challenge at a course designed by Paul McBeth in collaboration with MLB All-Star Dylan Cease. Click here to view the 2026 JomezPro Series Finale at Cactus Rock Caddie Book Cactus Rock is built to test every part of a player’s game. The MPO layout stretches more than 10,500 feet across 18 holes, playing as a demanding par 66 with significant elevation changes and over four miles of hiking. With a championship-level design, dramatic terrain, and plenty of demanding lines, Cactus Rock promises a fitting finish to the first JomezPro Series season. FPO UPDATE While both divisions were offered and additional outreach was conducted in coordination with the DGPT Player Council to encourage FPO participation, the FPO field ultimately did not receive enough registrations to move forward. CHAMPIONS LANDING OPEN: FPO LOOKAHEAD FPO1 Feature Card: Ohn Scoggins, Catrina Allen, Heidi Laine, & Emma Arp Here’s a look at the top FPO storylines headed into this weekend
1⃣ Ohn Scoggins Continues a Podium-Heavy Season Ohn Scoggins enters the 2026 Champions Landing Open as the highest-rated player in the FPO field and the clear favorite on paper. Her consistency this season has been nothing short of remarkable, as she has yet to finish outside the top 4 at any PDGA event she has played in during 2026. On the Tour event schedule, that translates to six podium finishes in nine starts, including two victories, and that total does not even include her JomezPro Series win at Waco. She also carries the longest active Tour top-10 streak in the division at 23 co events, a testament to the elite level she continues to maintain week after week. Scoggins arrives in Emporia with extra motivation following a heartbreaking finish at last week’s United States Women’s Disc Golf Championship. Holding a five-stroke lead entering the final round, she ultimately settled for 2nd place, a result that still lifted her back to 3rd in the DGPT Powerball World Standings. Fortunately for Scoggins, Emporia has been a successful stop in the past. She captured a 9th-place finish at the Dynamic Discs Open and followed that with a FP40 title at the 2024 PDGA Professional Masters Disc Golf World Championships the same season. With both experience and winning history in Kansas, she enters the weekend as the player everyone else will be chasing. 2⃣ Catrina Allen’s Emporia Legacy Continues Catrina Allen enters the 2026 Champions Landing Open as the second-highest rated player in the FPO field at 961 and one of the division’s most experienced contenders. Through 13 Tour events this season, Allen has recorded six top-10 finishes, including a strong 6th-place finish at the Ale Open during the EuroTour swing. While she is still searching for her first podium of 2026, her steady play has kept her firmly in the title conversation, and she currently sits 7th in the DGPT Powerball World Standings. Few players in the field can match Allen’s history of success in Emporia. Since 2015, she has collected seven podium finishes across National Tour, DGPT Elite Series, and PDGA Pro Major events played in the city, establishing herself as one of the area’s most accomplished competitors. More recently, she finished 5th at the 2023 Dynamic Discs Open before placing 19th in 2024. That rĂ©sumĂ© speaks for itself, and with another opportunity on familiar Kansas courses, Allen has every chance to turn a season built on consistency into her first signature performance of 2026. 3⃣ Dark Horses Ready to Make a Move in Emporia While the favorites will command much of the spotlight, several experienced competitors have the opportunity to make noise at the 2026 Champions Landing Open. Heidi Laine enters as the third-highest rated player in the FPO field and continues to search for another breakthrough performance on Tour. Through 12 Tour events this season, Laine has recorded one top-10 finish at the OTB Open and is coming off a solid 12th-place finish at the PDGA United States Women’s Disc Golf Championship. Although this will be her first PDGA event in Kansas, her experience, including two career Tour podiums, makes her a player capable of finding her rhythm on a new course and building momentum for the remainder of the season. Lykke Lorentzen and Cynthia Ricciotti also bring intriguing storylines into the weekend. Lorentzen has competed sparingly this season, making one Tour start and one JomezPro Series appearance, but her career rĂ©sumĂ© includes nine Tour top-10 finishes across 63 Elite Series and Major starts. She also has experience in Emporia, recording a career-best 14th-place finish there at the 2024 Dynamic Discs Open. Ricciotti, meanwhile, enters with deep experience of her own, having played 78 Tour events and earned three career top-10 finishes. While she has cashed in just one Tour event this season, she owns five PDGA victories in Kansas and finished 5th at the 2020 Dynamic Discs Open, proving she knows how to compete on these courses. If the leaders falter or one of these veterans catches fire early, each has the experience to work their way into contention. JOMEZPRO SERIES FINALE: MPO LOOKAHEAD MPO1 Feature Card: Parker Welck, Matthew Orum, Jaden Rye, & Gannon Buhr 1⃣ Sullivan Tipton Knows Cactus Rock Sullivan Tipton enters the 2026 JomezPro Series Finale as the highest-rated player in the field at 1041, bringing a career-best season to Cactus Rock. The Alabama native finished seventh in the DGPT Powerball World Standings, climbing five spots from 2025, and improved his average Tour event finish to 13.5. Across 21 Tour events, he recorded eight top-10 finishes and two podiums, both career highs. His most recent being a 6th place finish in the season finale, the Powerball Cup. He also ranked fourth on Tour in scramble rate according to DGPT Season Stats, a strength that could prove especially valuable on Cactus Rock’s demanding terrain. Tipton also has something many players in the field would love to have: a proven winning formula at this course. He captured the 2026 Go Throw Tour Cactus Rock Classic in March, finishing at -12 and holding off Adam Hammes, who placed second at -9. Now, after the strongest season of his young career and with the highest rating in the field, Tipton returns to a course where he already knows what it takes to win. A victory at the JomezPro Series Finale would be a fitting way to cap his breakout year. 2⃣ Paul Ulibarri Eyes a Strong Finish Paul Ulibarri put together one of the most memorable moments of his career in 2026, capturing his first Disc Golf Pro Tour victory at the Open at Austin. The DGPT+ event came down to a one-hole playoff, where Ulibarri edged out Ezra Robinson for the long-awaited breakthrough. It has also been a season of continued improvement for the longtime Tour competitor, raising his average rating by four points and improving his average finish to 33.7, up 7.6 places from 2025. Despite already securing a guaranteed Powerball Cup spot through his victory, Ulibarri still finished 28th in the DGPT Powerball World Standings, claiming the final qualifying position and improving four spots from last season. His resurgence has also made him a strong candidate for DGPT Comeback Player of the Year. While Ulibarri recorded just one additional top-10 finish after his victory, a fourth-place result at Idlewild, he still has the tools to compete with the best when his game comes together. His putting remains a major strength, ranking fifth in the MPO field in C1X putting at 90.7% according to DGPT Season Stats. The JomezPro Series Finale offers one more opportunity to build on his breakthrough season, deliver another strong finish and carry momentum into 2027. 3⃣ Experience Meets Opportunity at Cactus Rock A few familiar names bring plenty of intrigue to the JomezPro Series Finale, starting with longtime Tour veteran Cale Leiviska. Despite competing in just five Tour events in 2026, Leiviska managed a top-10 finish at the DGPT Doubles Championship and enters Cactus Rock as the second-highest-rated player in the field. With eight career Tour event podiums to his name, his limited schedule has not diminished the potential for a strong performance from one of the Tour’s most experienced competitors. Andrew Marwede is another player worth watching, particularly on the greens. The third-highest-rated player in the field, Marwede once again showcased his elite putting ability by finishing the 2026 season as the MPO leader in both C1X putting at 94.31% and C2 putting at 40.25%. While his two top-10 finishes were down from the seven he recorded in 2025, he still finished 24th in the DGPT Powerball World Standings to secure his place in the season finale. Seeing the Tour’s best C1X and C2 putter in action is always a treat. Rounding out the top five highest-rated players is Mobile, Alabama native Matt Orum. Matty O. is looking to close his season on a high note in front of a familiar crowd after finishing 36th in the Powerball World Standings and missing qualification for the Powerball Cup. He recorded two Tour event top-10s this season, including a runner-up finish at the Champions Landing Open in July, where he came within two strokes of Gannon Buhr. With a hometown connection and a chance to finish the year with another strong showing, Orum has plenty of motivation heading into Cactus Rock. All the action starts on Friday, November 6th! Ricky Wysocki Becomes First Disc Golfer to Earn $1 Million in Career Winnings Ricky Wysocki has officially crossed a line no professional disc golfer has crossed before. One of the most accomplished players in the sport has become the first player in history to surpass $1 million in career earnings from PDGA-sanctioned play. For Wysocki, the milestone is the latest chapter in a career that has helped define the modern era of professional disc golf. For the sport itself, it is something even bigger: a clear sign of just how far the game has come. View this post on Instagram From a Cleveland Suburb to the Top of the Sport Wysocki grew up in Brunswick, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, and was a natural athlete from an early age. He played several sports as a kid, with baseball his favorite. Disc golf entered the picture somewhat quietly. As a young player, Wysocki discovered a tight, wooded course at a nearby park. He kept coming back, gradually developing the skills and consistency that would turn a casual pastime into a career. As his game improved, he began traveling to regional events and testing himself against stronger competition. By the end of high school, Wysocki had made his decision: he was going all in on disc golf. A PDGA member since 2009, Wysocki quickly established himself as one of the sport’s brightest young talents. In 2011, he was named PDGA Rookie of the Year. More than a decade later, what followed was a career that has lasted well over a decade and placed Wysocki among the most accomplished players the sport has ever produced. A Career Measured in Championships and Consistency Calling Wysocki one of the best players in disc golf history is hardly controversial at this point. He is a two-time World Champion, a six-time PDGA Pro Major champion, a four-time PDGA Player of the Year, and a two-time DGPT Player of the Year. He has also won 28 DGPT Elite Series events. His longevity is just as impressive as his trophy collection. View this post on Instagram Wysocki currently ranks second all-time in Major & Elite Series starts, with 233 MPO singles stroke-play starts. His 41 M/ES victories rank second as well, while his 111 podium finishes tie Paul McBeth for the most in history. And when it comes to consistently being in the mix, nobody has done it better. Wysocki owns the record for most top-10 finishes, with 185. Those numbers help explain why the $1 million milestone feels so fitting. It is not simply the product of a handful of enormous wins. It is the financial result of an athlete repeatedly putting himself in position to win for more than a decade. Wysocki Is Still Winning Perhaps the most remarkable part of this story is that Wysocki is reaching the million-dollar mark while continuing to perform at an elite level. In the 2026 season, he recorded eight Tour event podiums in 20 starts, including four victories. He finished second in the DGPT Powerball World Standings and ended the season ranked among the tour’s statistical leaders. View this post on Instagram Wysocki posted the second-best scramble percentage and the third-best C2 putting percentage during the 2026 campaign, two areas that speak directly to his ability to stay competitive when a round gets difficult. His consistency also remains nearly unmatched. Wysocki currently owns the second-longest active cash streak in professional disc golf at 72 events, dating back to the 2023 Music City Open. In other words, the million-dollar milestone is not a farewell lap. Wysocki is still adding to the total. What $1 Million Means for Disc Golf There is something uniquely significant about the first athlete in any emerging sport to reach a financial milestone. Wysocki’s achievement represents more than personal success. It provides a tangible measurement of professional disc golf’s growth. For decades, disc golf was largely viewed as a casual park activity. Players could grab a few discs, head to a local course and spend an afternoon competing with friends for little more than bragging rights. That perception has changed dramatically. Today’s top professionals compete on a structured tour, travel across the country, play for increasingly substantial purses and build careers around their athletic performance. The emergence of larger tournament payouts has created a professional pathway that would have been difficult to imagine when Wysocki first started playing. His $1 million mark puts a very real number on that evolution. Perhaps most importantly, Wysocki’s career demonstrates that a player can build a lucrative, long-term career through competitive performance itself. Sponsorships, signature discs, merchandise and social media have become important pieces of the professional disc golf economy, but Wysocki’s tournament earnings show just how much elite competitive success can be worth. And the next generation may not have to wait nearly as long. Young stars such as Gannon Buhr are competing in an era of substantially larger tournament payouts. As purses continue to grow, records that once required more than a decade of elite competition could eventually fall in a fraction of the time. Wysocki was the first to $1 million. He may not be the first to make it look easy. A Milestone for Wysocki, a Milestone for the Sport Ricky Wysocki’s name has been attached to plenty of historic moments throughout his career. World championships. Major victories. Player of the Year awards. Record-setting consistency. Now, his name is attached to another first. $1 million in career PDGA-sanctioned earnings. It is a number that would have seemed almost unfathomable when a young athlete from Brunswick discovered a wooded course at a nearby park and started figuring out how to string together birdies. Today, it stands as both a testament to Wysocki’s extraordinary career and a marker of disc golf’s continued evolution. The sport is bigger, the payouts are larger, the competition is deeper and the athletes are increasingly able to make a living doing what they love. Ricky Wysocki just happens to be the first player to put seven digits on the scoreboard. And if the trajectory of professional disc golf continues, he certainly will not be the last. Top Moments From the 2026 Powerball Cup The first-ever Powerball¼ Cup brought the 2026 Disc Golf Pro Tour season to a historic close, launching a new era for one of the sport’s biggest stages. With a record-setting $350,000 purse on the line, the world’s best came to Ivy Hill with the DGPT Championship and the largest payday in disc golf history within reach. Silva Saarinen and Gannon Buhr rose to the occasion, closing out remarkable seasons as the inaugural Powerball Cup champions and adding their names to a new chapter in DGPT history. From dominant performances to the final putts of the season, the Powerball Cup delivered a fitting finale to a year filled with big moments and even bigger stakes. Silva Saarinen Cashes In at Ivy Hill Silva Saarinen capped off the best season of her young career with a victory at the Powerball Cup, taking home the largest payout in Disc Golf Pro Tour history at Ivy Hill in Lynchburg, Virginia. After a season in which she had not been much of a factor in contention following her DGPT Doubles Championship victory, Saarinen saved one of her best performances for the biggest stage of the year. Saarinen entered the season finale with a four-stroke starting advantage, earned through her third-place finish in the DGPT Powerball World Standings. She quickly added to that cushion. After opening with a strong first round, Saarinen shot the hot round of the weekend in Round 2, firing a -9 that was rated 1028. That round gave her a three-stroke lead over the rest of the field. View this post on Instagram She only extended the advantage from there. Saarinen added another four strokes to her lead in Round 3, giving her a seven-stroke cushion heading into the final round. With that kind of advantage, she never gave the field much of an opportunity to make the final round a contest. Her performance was backed by strong numbers across the event. Saarinen led the field in birdie percentage at 47%, C2 in regulation at 69%, and scrambling at 35%. She also carded just 11 bogeys, tied with Ohn Scoggins for the fewest in the field. View this post on Instagram The victory gives Saarinen nine Tour event podium finishes across Tour events this season, including six Tour victories, two PDGA Pro Major titles, and her win at the inaugural DGPT Doubles Championship at the Preserve. Her six Tour event wins do not include her JomezPro Series victory at the Cascade Challenge, adding another accomplishment to an already packed season. Saarinen’s six Tour wins are also the most she has recorded in a single season, surpassing the four victories she earned in 2025. She finished outside the top 10 just three times in 16 Tour events, further underscoring the consistency behind her breakthrough year. The Powerball Cup victory could also prove significant in the tight FPO Player of the Year race. By conquering Ivy Hill in convincing fashion, Saarinen put together a towering final argument in what has become a razor-thin race for DGPT FPO Player of the Year alongside Eveliina Salonen and Ohn Scoggins. “I think we are the best players in the world right now” https://t.co/82NXNyTKtH — Disc Golf Pro Tour (@DiscGolfProTour) October 18, 2026 Gannon Buhr Finishes the Year on Top Gannon Buhr ended another historic season with another victory, dominating the Powerball Cup at Ivy Hill and adding another major accomplishment to an already record-setting year. The world No. 1 entered the season finale with the largest starting-stroke advantage in the field at -7, earned through his first-place finish in the DGPT Powerball World Standings after a season of consistent elite play. Despite the seven-stroke advantage, the Powerball Cup was anything but a guaranteed win for Buhr. Ricky Wysocki and Calvin Heimburg entered the event in second and third in the Powerball standings, respectively, and were within just one or two strokes of Buhr before the tournament even began. Buhr had also experienced the other side of this format the previous season, failing to convert the same starting advantage into a victory, giving him plenty of reason to stay aggressive at Ivy Hill. View this post on Instagram He did exactly that from the opening round. Buhr shot the best round of the day at -12 in Round 1, extending his lead to five strokes heading into Round 2. He then improved on that performance with a -13 in Round 2, tying Wysocki for the hot round of the weekend. Wysocki bounced back from a slower opening round with the same score, but Buhr still extended his advantage to eight strokes. The world No. 1 continued to pull away in Round 3, building another two strokes onto his lead and entering the final round with a 10-stroke cushion. From there, Buhr completed a wire-to-wire victory, winning the Powerball Cup by nine strokes with a total score of -46. View this post on Instagram His statistics showed just how complete the performance was. Buhr led the field in birdie percentage at 64%, fairways hit at 88%, strokes gained tee-to-green at 20.97, C1 in regulation at 67%, and C2 in regulation at 75%. He also carded the fewest bogeys in the field by a wide margin, leaving little room for the rest of the field to make up ground. The victory also pushed Buhr past another piece of PDGA history. He finished the 2026 season with $223,073 in Tour earnings, breaking his own single-season cash record of $211,432 set in 2024. Across 22 Tour event starts this season, Buhr earned 15 podium finishes, including eight victories and one PDGA Pro Major title. The eight wins also continue a remarkable streak for Buhr. He has now recorded at least three Tour event victories in every season since 2023, and he added another dominant finish to that run at the Powerball Cup. Gannon Buhr keeps raising the bar https://t.co/1a9YlcQHw3 — Disc Golf Pro Tour (@DiscGolfProTour) October 18, 2026 Thank You for an Incredible 2026 Season As we look ahead to what comes next, we want to thank everyone who made the 2026 season possible. To the players who competed week after week, the sponsors who continue to invest in the sport, the staff and volunteers who bring every event to life, and the fans who fill the courses and follow along from home, thank you for being part of it. Your passion and support continue to push disc golf forward. We can’t wait to see what 2027 brings, and we look forward to seeing you all back on the course next season! Top 5 Moments From the 2026 Green Mountain Championship Smugglers’ Notch once again delivered a memorable weekend at one of the most scenic stops on the Disc Golf Pro Tour. The 2026 Discraft Green Mountain Championship presented by Discmania added another chapter to an event filled with playoff victories, comeback finishes, and new champions, with Brewster Ridge and Fox Run providing the perfect backdrop for another week of elite competition. From the first tee to the final putt, Green Mountain lived up to its reputation as one of the sport’s most storied events. Here are some of our top moments from the 2026 Green Mountain Championship
 1) Ohn Scoggins Finally Conquers GMC Ohn Scoggins has finally checked the Green Mountain Championship off her list. After three previous appearances at GMC that all ended with podium finishes, Scoggins returned in 2026 and claimed her first victory at the event. The win is her fourth of the season and 10th career Tour event victory, moving her past Elaine King and into 11th place on the all-time FPO Tour wins list. Scoggins entered the final round with a three-stroke lead, but the advantage quickly became much less comfortable as the back nine unfolded. A few uncharacteristic C1 putting misses opened the door for Missy Gannon, who steadily closed the gap. By Hole 17, Gannon had taken the lead by one stroke with just two holes remaining. She carried that advantage into Hole 18, but Scoggins answered with a birdie while Gannon settled for par after missing her C1 putt, forcing a playoff. View this post on Instagram The playoff carried extra weight after last year’s GMC finale, when Scoggins, Gannon, and Paige Pierce battled in a playoff that ultimately ended with Pierce taking the title. This time, it came down to Scoggins and Gannon, with the players repeating Hole 18 until a winner was determined. They needed only one repeat. Both players put their drives in similar positions before throwing second shots around the corner toward the basket. Scoggins’ second shot came within a foot of the out-of-bounds line, but left her with a clear look at the basket. Gannon’s third shot sailed a little long, leaving her with an outside-the-circle putt, while Scoggins placed hers at the edge of C1. Gannon could not convert, and Scoggins stepped up and drained her putt to secure the victory. View this post on Instagram The win also gives Scoggins back-to-back Tour victories after her win at the LWS Open at Idlewild. Her putting was a major factor throughout the week, as she led the FPO field in birdie percentage at 42%, C1 putting at 95% on 62-for-65, C2 putting at 43% on 9-for-21, and strokes gained putting at 13.21. Scoggins has also led the entire FPO field in C2 putting throughout the 2026 season, and that strength once again showed up when the tournament was on the line. With the victory, Scoggins has officially secured the No. 1 spot in the FPO DGPT Powerball World Standings and the best starting-stroke advantage for the season-ending Powerball Cup. She now heads to Maple Hill for the MVP Open, where she has competed five times without a finish outside the top 10 and has collected two podiums. View this post on Instagram 2) Raven Newsom Becomes a Tour Champion After 93 Tour events, Raven Newsom is finally a Tour champion. Newsom made his Tour debut at the 2018 Ledgestone Open and entered the Green Mountain Championship with seven career top-10 finishes and one podium. That lone podium came earlier this season at the Queen City Classic, where he finished second behind Gannon Buhr. At GMC, Newsom once again found himself battling the world’s No. 1 player, but this time, the result was different as Newsom claimed his first Tour victory at Smugglers’ Notch. Newsom entered Championship Sunday three strokes behind Albert Tamm, but he quickly erased the deficit with the hot round of the weekend at Fox Run Meadows. His -12 final round earned a 1084 rating, the second-highest rated round of his career behind his 1092-rated opening round at the 2025 Turku Open. The round gave Newsom the score he needed to complete the comeback and secure the biggest victory of his career. View this post on Instagram The win also came during a season that has been difficult to predict for Newsom. Before GMC, he had three top-10 finishes across 16 Tour events in 2026 and had missed cash four times. His second-place finish at Queen City was both his best result of the season and the best of his career before this weekend. GMC showed what Newsom can do when he finds his rhythm, as he produced the highest-rated event of his career with a 1068 rating. His previous best was a 1061 at the 2026 Queen City Classic, while his career Tour event rating average sits at 1017 according to StatMando. Newsom led the field in birdie percentage at 61% and strokes gained tee-to-green at 19.45, numbers that reflect just how far above his usual level he played throughout the weekend. His performance also moved him up 10 spots in the DGPT Powerball World Standings to 13th. When the most special moment of your career becomes even more special pic.twitter.com/En0tQtTlSK — Disc Golf Pro Tour (@DiscGolfProTour) September 20, 2026 The celebration on Hole 18 added an even more personal moment to an already special day. Newsom’s wife, Sarah, had driven all the way from Maine to surprise him on the 18th green after his victory. After years of chasing his first Tour win, Newsom finally had his wife there to share the moment with him. The victory guarantees Newsom an automatic spot in the Powerball Cup, although his final position in the standings will still matter. That placement determines his starting-stroke advantage at the season finale, where the Tour’s largest purse in history will be on the line. After waiting 93 Tour events for his first win, Newsom now has one more major opportunity ahead of him to cap off a breakthrough season. View this post on Instagram 3) Missy Gannon: Another Runner-Up Finish Missy Gannon came within one putt of her first victory of the 2026 season at the Green Mountain Championship. Entering Championship Sunday four strokes behind Ohn Scoggins, Gannon put together the second-best round of the day at -3 to erase the deficit and force a playoff. With the tournament seemingly in her hands on Hole 18, Gannon had a ~15-foot putt for the win, but the putt hit the band high and sent the two players to a playoff instead. Gannon still had an opportunity to finish the job in the playoff, but her approach onto the green sailed a little farther than she wanted, leaving her with a difficult putt to extend the battle. Scoggins had a shorter look and converted it, ending Gannon’s run just one hole later. The result was especially tough considering Gannon has led the entire FPO field in C1 putting throughout the 2026 season, making the missed 15-footer on Hole 18 an unusual moment for one of the division’s most reliable putters. New leader on the course Missy Gannon takes the lead by one stroke! pic.twitter.com/eSOsLqkNDd — Disc Golf Pro Tour (@DiscGolfProTour) September 20, 2026 Even with the runner-up finish, Gannon continues to put together one of the most consistent seasons of her career. Across 17 Tour events, she has finished outside the top six only once, an eighth-place finish at the PDGA Champions Cup. She also still holds the longest active cash streak at 98 events. GMC also marked her second co runner-up finish after taking second at the PDGA Pro World Championships. The only thing missing from that stretch is a victory, and Gannon will have one more opportunity at Maple Hill. Her consistency was again on display throughout the weekend. Gannon led the field in fairways hit at 80%, scrambling at 83%, and reaching C2 in regulation at 68%, while also recording the fewest bogeys in the field with just five despite the challenging courses and abundance of out-of-bounds. Missy Gannon drives it into the bullseye on Hole 10! She’s now just one stroke off the lead pic.twitter.com/37SXyh81gw — Disc Golf Pro Tour (@DiscGolfProTour) September 20, 2026 Gannon has also won at least one Tour event every season since 2021, including four wins in 2025 and six in 2024. The MVP Open will be her final opportunity to keep that streak alive, and she will return to Maple Hill as the defending champion after winning the event in both 2024 and 2025. Gannon should enter the Powerball Cup from fourth place in the DGPT Powerball World Standings, giving her a strong starting position heading into the season finale. Before then, though, she has one more event and one more chance to turn another outstanding performance into a first-place finish. 4) Tamm Leads a Strong Group of MPO Performances Albert Tamm earned his first podium of 2026 at GMC, finishing third for the second Tour podium of his career. His first came all the way back at the 2019 European Open, also a third-place finish. Tamm entered Championship Sunday with a three-stroke lead after firing the hot round of the weekend at Fox Run Meadows, a -14 that came just two strokes shy of Gannon Buhr’s course record of -16 from 2024. A slower final round allowed Raven Newsom to make the comeback, but Tamm still put together one of the most complete performances of the weekend. He was one of just two players to card three or fewer bogeys, along with Newsom, and led the field in scrambling at 79%. The result also had major implications for Tamm’s position in the DGPT Powerball World Standings. He jumped 12 spots to 28th, which is currently the final qualifying position for the Powerball Cup. With one event remaining, Tamm now finds himself directly on the cut line heading into Maple Hill. View this post on Instagram Gavin Babcock continued what has been a quietly strong 2026 campaign with a tie for fourth. Babcock has five career Tour podiums, with three of those coming this season alone, although he is still searching for his first Tour victory. His latest result moved him up three spots to ninth in the DGPT Powerball World Standings. Babcock also had the best C1 putting percentage in the field at 99%, going 68-for-69. All eyes were also on 6x World Champion Paul McBeth, who returned to Tour competition after a lengthy absence this season. McBeth opened GMC with the hot round at Brewster Ridge, firing a -12 that he shared with Calvin Heimburg, but he cooled off over the final three rounds and finished tied for 12th. The result still moved him up 11 spots to 55th in the DGPT Powerball World Standings. With one event remaining, McBeth needs a top-four finish at the MVP Open to qualify for the Powerball Cup. His current position is largely a product of the time he has spent away from competition this season, which has limited his opportunities to collect Tour points. A solid pace-setting putt for a birdie on Hole 1 for Matty O pic.twitter.com/3iWpn5qSTD — Disc Golf Pro Tour (@DiscGolfProTour) September 19, 2026 Several other players also put themselves in good position heading into Maple Hill. Niklas Anttila finished sixth, Ezra Robinson took seventh, and Matty Orum tied for fourth for his best result of the past two seasons. Cole Redalen finished tied for ninth and now heads to Maple Hill as the defending MVP Open champion. Silas Schultz also tied for ninth as he continues to build on his World Championship victory, while Calvin Heimburg matched McBeth’s opening-round -12 at Brewster Ridge and finished tied for ninth. With the MVP Open next on the schedule, these results set up several storylines to watch, from the battle around the Powerball Cup cut line to defending champions and players looking to finish the season with one more standout performance. 5) More Standout FPO Performances at GMC Catrina Allen continued a strong second half of the season at GMC, earning her fourth Tour event podium of 2026 with a tie for third. After going without a Tour podium in 2025, Allen has now finished in the top six at each of her last six events, including four podiums and a victory at the DGPT Doubles Championship. She led the GMC field in strokes gained from tee-to-green at 26.08 and posted the hot round of the weekend at Fox Run Meadows with a -7. Allen remains seventh in the DGPT Powerball World Standings. View this post on Instagram Eveliina Salonen also finished tied for third after entering GMC with co victories at Ledgestone and the PDGA Pro World Championships. Salonen set the tone immediately, opening at Brewster Ridge with a -10, the hot round of the weekend, and remained on the lead card throughout the event. She led the field in parked percentage at 11% and in reaching C1 in regulation at 44%. The result moved Salonen up one spot to fifth in the DGPT Powerball World Standings as she continues to pursue the strongest possible starting-stroke advantage at the Powerball Cup. Holyn Handley remained in contention through the final round, adding another top-10 finish to a season that includes two Tour victories. While her results have slowed during the back half of the season, Handley has still finished outside the top 10 only once in 18 Tour events. That combination of wins and consistency keeps her third in the DGPT Powerball World Standings. Holyn Handley saves par with a great putt after an errant tee shot in the tough conditions! pic.twitter.com/hbldC9LfmH — Disc Golf Pro Tour (@DiscGolfProTour) September 20, 2026 Anneli TĂ”ugjas-MĂ€nniste posted her best finish of the 2026 season with a sixth-place finish. Henna Blomroos, who earned her first Tour victory at Jonesboro earlier this season, finished eighth, while Jessica Gurthie, the Queen City Classic champion, followed in ninth. Paige Pierce rounded out the top 10 with a tie for 10th alongside Emily Weatherman, Matilda Ringbom, and Sintija Klezberga. Pierce entered GMC as the defending champion and earned her fourth top-10 finish of the season, moving three spots to 16th in the DGPT Powerball World Standings and creating additional separation from the FPO top-18 cut line. Rebecca Don also continued her run of strong finishes, following her third-place result at Worlds with another commendable performance at GMC. Silva Saarinen, meanwhile, finished tied for 17th, her lowest result of the season. Editor’s Note: Tour events include DGPT Elite Series, DGPT+, DGPT Playoff, and PDGA Pro Major events. Here is how you can tune in and follow all the action this weekend

MVP OPEN: FPO LOOKAHEAD FPO1 Feature Card: Ohn Scoggins, Silva Saarinen, Holyn Handley, & Missy Gannon FPO2 Feature Card: Eveliina Salonen, Ella Hansen, Catrina Allen, & Rebecca Don 1⃣ Missy Gannon Eyes the Three-Peat Missy Gannon enters the 2026 MVP Open as the defending champion and a two-time winner at Maple Hill, having captured the event in both 2024 and 2025. She is coming off a second-place finish at the Green Mountain Championship, where a high missed C1 putt in regulation came just short of completing her final-round comeback. The miss was particularly notable given that Gannon currently leads the entire FPO field in both C1 putting and strokes gained putting according to DGPT Season Stats. Despite the near miss, her consistency has been remarkable all season. Gannon has finished inside the top-10 in all 17 of her Elite Series and PDGA Pro Major starts in 2026, the only FPO player to accomplish that, and her current active top-10 streak has reached 26 events. She has also finished on the podium four times this season, including back-to-back runner-up finishes at Worlds and GMC. What has eluded Gannon, however, is a victory. She is the only player currently inside the Top 6 of the DGPT Powerball World Standings without a 2026 win, and the MVP Open represents her final opportunity to keep an impressive streak alive. Gannon has won at least one Tour event every season since 2021, including four victories in 2025 and six in 2024. Regardless of whether that streak continues, “Big Money Missy” is still adding to an impressive career resume. She enters Maple Hill approximately $24k shy of $500,000 in career earnings, which would make her the fifth player in history to reach that mark, while her 99-event active cash streak is also one cash away from reaching 100. Gannon’s history at Maple Hill gives her plenty of reason for confidence. In eight MVP Open appearances, she has recorded five top-10 finishes and two victories, and in 2025 she led the field in fairway hits at 82% and strokes gained tee-to-green at 19.94. She also tied Silva Saarinen for the hot round and current course record with a -8 in Round 2. With one final chance to extend her 2026 win streak, reach another career milestone and defend her Maple Hill title, Gannon arrives with plenty on the line. 2⃣ Champions & Contenders Collide With the DGPT Powerball World Standings taking shape ahead of the season finale, several of the division’s top players enter Maple Hill with plenty on the line. Ohn Scoggins has already locked up the No. 1 position after winning the Green Mountain Championship, guaranteeing her the largest starting-stroke advantage in the Powerball Cup at six strokes. Scoggins has yet to win at Maple Hill, but she has been remarkably consistent in five MVP Open appearances, never finishing outside the top-10 and recording two podiums, including a fifth-place finish in 2025. Silva Saarinen sits second in the standings but is looking to rebound from her season-worst 17th-place finish at GMC, while also creating some separation from Holyn Handley, who trails her by just four points. The difference between second and third place is worth a starting stroke in the Powerball Cup, with Saarinen set to begin with a five-stroke advantage and Handley with four, making every position at Maple Hill potentially significant. Both players tied for second at last year’s MVP Open, setting up another close battle between two of the season’s top performers. Eveliina Salonen also enters Maple Hill with plenty of momentum after climbing to fifth in the World Standings with a third-place finish at GMC. The reigning World Champion is the highest-rated player in the field and brings the kind of combination of distance and precision that could be especially valuable at Maple Hill, where players are rewarded for length but must also navigate tight fairways and defined out-of-bounds lines. Meanwhile, Catrina Allen and Paige Pierce give the field two more players with extensive Maple Hill experience. Allen, currently seventh in the World Standings, has one MVP Open victory, while Pierce, currently 16th, has won the event four times. Both will be looking for their first Tour win of the season, with Allen already owning a Preserve Doubles victory alongside Saarinen, and their course history could prove valuable as the Powerball Cup field takes shape. 3⃣ One Last Shot at the Powerball Cup The MVP Open represents the final opportunity to qualify for the 2026 Powerball Cup, and the FPO field is loaded with all of the Top 26 players in the DGPT World Standings. Paige Pierce enters Maple Hill having moved into qualifying position after a T-10th finish at GMC, climbing three spots in the standings. The cutline and current 18th-place cutoff remains extremely tight, Taylor Chocek sits just 41.37 points behind Eliezra Midtlyng in 18th, while Rebecca Cox, Anneli TĂ”ugjas-MĂ€nniste, Kona Montgomery, Lisa Fajkus and Anniken Kristiansen Steen are all within 150 points of one another just outside the cutline. That makes every position at Maple Hill especially important for players fighting to compete for the largest purse in DGPT history at the Powerball Cup. Several familiar names from last year’s DGPT Championship are currently outside the 2026 field, including Sofia Donnecke in 35th, Cadence Burge in 44th, and Raven Klein in 28th. Meanwhile, Rebecca Donnecke (8th), Heidi Laine (12th), Emily Weatherman (13th), Sintija Klezberga (15th), and Midtlyng (18th) currently hold qualifying positions despite not qualifying for the 2025 finale. For players further down the standings, a win or runner-up finish at the MVP Open will guarantee a spot in the season finale, making the stakes particularly high for anyone not within striking distance. The opportunity is especially notable in a 2026 season that has seen remarkable consistency from the division’s established winners, with Henna Blomroos at the Jonesboro Open representing the only new unique FPO Tour winner so far. That trend makes a late breakthrough less common, but Maple Hill is the final opportunity of the regular season, and one standout performance could completely change the starting stroke advantages and the Powerball Cup field. MVP OPEN: MPO LOOKAHEAD MPO1 Feature Card: Gannon Buhr, Ricky Wysocki, Calvin Heimburg, & Isaac Robinson MPO2 Feature Card: Adam Hammes, Niklas Anttila, Anthony Barela, & Sullivan Tipton 1⃣ Gannon Buhr Faces Maple Hill The top of the DGPT Powerball World Standings remains largely unchanged after the first DGPT Playoff event, but the MVP Open still carries plenty of significance for the division’s leading players. Gannon Buhr has already locked up the No. 1 position for the third co year, securing the largest possible starting-stroke advantage of seven strokes in the Powerball Cup. Despite his dominant season, Maple Hill remains one of the few titles missing from Buhr’s resume. He has finished on the podium in three of his four MVP Open appearances, including a runner-up finish in 2025, and another strong showing could add to an already historic season. Buhr’s second-place finish at GMC also officially ended his chance to break the single-season M/ES win record of nine, but with seven wins already, he can still tie the record by winning the MVP Open, USDGC and Powerball Cup. He has already won the USDGC twice, in 2022 and 2024, and with a seven-stroke advantage waiting for him in the season finale, the No. 1 player in the world still has plenty of opportunity, and plenty to chase. 2⃣ Every Stroke Matters for the Top Five Behind Buhr, the battle between Ricky Wysocki and Calvin Heimburg could have a direct impact on the Powerball Cup. With three wins so far this season, Wysocki sits second in the World Standings, less than 40 points ahead of Heimburg with one win in third, with the difference between those positions worth a starting stroke in the season finale. Wysocki would begin with a six-stroke advantage in second, compared to five for Heimburg in third. Wysocki has the stronger Maple Hill resume, with five podiums in 10 MVP Open appearances and a victory in 2017, while Heimburg has two podiums in eight appearances, including a sixth-place finish in 2025. With Buhr already locked into the seven-stroke advantage, the race between Wysocki and Heimburg could make that one-stroke difference especially important. Isaac Robinson and Adam Hammes round out the current top five, separated by 79 points in the standings. Neither has an individual Tour victory in 2026, with Hammes’ only victory coming alongside Wysocki at the Preserve Doubles Championship, while Robinson’s most recent win came at the 2025 PDGA Champions Cup. Hammes has won at Maple Hill before, taking the 2021 MVP Open, but has been inconsistent across six appearances and finished 34th in 2025. Robinson has played the event three times and owns a best finish of fourth, which came last season. Robinson currently sits in fourth and would receive the same five-stroke starting advantage as Heimburg, while Hammes would start with four strokes in fifth. With the Powerball Cup starting strokes determined by the final World Standings, every position gained or lost at Maple Hill could carry directly into the season finale. 3⃣ McBeth and the Cutline Battle Paul McBeth enters the MVP Open in an unfamiliar position, in danger of missing the season finale for the first time in his career. McBeth has played just five events in 2026, averaging an 11th-place finish across his four completed results, with his most recent being a T-12th at the Green Mountain Championship. His withdrawal from the PDGA Champions Cup is excluded from that average, but the limited schedule has left him sitting 55th in the DGPT World Standings, well outside the Top 28 cutline. His history at Maple Hill, however, is difficult to overlook. McBeth is a three-time MVP Open champion, winning in 2013, 2019 and 2020, and has recorded 10 podiums and 11 top-10 finishes in 14 career appearances. He will need a major result to extend his season, with a top-four finish at MVP Open enough to earn a wild-card spot if he has not already qualified. The cutline itself is also extremely tight. Albert Tamm jumped 12 spots in the World Standings after GMC and currently occupies the final qualifying position in 28th, but eight players within the next several positions are less than 100 points behind him: Kyle Klein in 29th, Paul Krans in 30th, Jake Hebenheimer in 31st, Corey Ellis in 32nd, Matthew Orum in 33rd, Mauri Villmann in 34th, VĂ€inö MĂ€kelĂ€ in 35th and Evan Smith in 36th. The standings do not tell the entire story, however, because any player with a 2026 Tour victory is automatically qualified for the Powerball Cup. That makes Evan Smith’s position particularly notable, as his Discmania Challenge victory guarantees him a spot despite currently sitting 36th. That automatic qualification also reflects a broader trend across the Tour. Four players have earned their first Major, Elite Series or DGPT-level victory in 2026, with Luke Taylor, Silas Schultz, Raven Nesom, and Evan Smith joining the list of first-time winners. The four new winners are two short of the decade-high total of six set in 2024, while 19 first-time winners have emerged at this level from 2023 through 2026, compared to 18 from 2016 through 2022. With the MVP Open offering another opportunity for a breakthrough, the season finale field could still change significantly before the final spot is decided. Maple Hill also brings its own piece of history into the equation. The MVP Open has produced a different MPO winner in each of the last five years, with McBeth’s back-to-back victories in 2019 and 2020 representing the most recent co titles. Across its 18 years as a Tour event, Maple Hill has produced 15 different champions, with only McBeth and Ricky Wysocki winning the event more than once. For players still outside the Powerball Cup field, there are multiple paths to keep the season alive. A top-four finish at MVP Open can provide a wild-card spot, while a victory at the USDGC, the final PDGA Pro Major of the season, also guarantees qualification. That gives players such as McBeth, along with others still outside the cutline, more than one opportunity to make a late push before the Powerball Cup field is finalized. 2026 DGPT Powerball Cup: Field, Format, and What’s at Stake The 2026 DGPT Powerball Cup – the newly named DGPT Championship – is almost here, and the stage is set for one of the most important weekends of the year. From October 15–18, the top professionals in the world will compete for disc golf’s season finale in Lynchburg, Virginia, at the Ivy Hill golf course. Format Overview The DGPT Championship is a four-round stroke play event held over four co days. Unlike many other tournaments, there are no cuts – every player in the field competes from start to finish. What makes the format unique is the use of starting strokes, which reward players for their season-long performance. The top-ranked players in the DGPT World Standings begin the event with an under-par score, while lower-ranked players start closer to or at even par for the event. These strokes carry across all four rounds and remain in effect until the final putt drops. Think about the DGPT Powerball Cup as a five-round tournament, with the first round scores being determined by season-long performance at other tournaments. At the end of the Championship, the player with the lowest cumulative score – including starting strokes – is crowned the 2026 DGPT Powerball Cup Champion, and walks away with a $50,000 first place prize. How Players Qualified Throughout the 2026 season, players earned points at DGPT events to climb the DGPT Powerball World Standings. The best performers across the year secured their spots in the Championship, while others fought for their chance through the playoffs. The Green Mountain Championship served as the first playoff event, giving top finishers not already qualified a chance to move forward. From there, the MVP Open offered one last opportunity to “play in” to the Powerball Cup via 6 total wild card spots (2 FPO, and 4 MPO), which were awarded to top finishers at the MVP Open who fell outside the Standings cut line (18 for FPO and 28 for MPO). The field is now set, with no additional wild cards or standings-based qualification opportunities left for this year. However, if an unqualified player were to win the upcoming USDGC, they would be awarded a bonus spot in the MPO field, due to the DGPT’s rule that all DGPT and PDGA Pro Major winners will be added to the bottom of the field (starting at even par) if they fail to secure a spot via normal qualification methods. The USDGC is a PDGA Pro Major, and if a player outside the cut line without a wild card spot from MVP were to take it down, they would earn a last-minute invite to the Powerball Cup. This same rule does not apply to the Throw Pink Women’s Disc Golf Championship, which is currently recognized as a PDGA A-Tier that runs concurrently with the USDGC. Qualified FPO Players FPO Field with Starting Strokes Qualified MPO Players MPO Field with Starting Strokes What’s at Stake On Championship Sunday, qualified players will take home a combined purse of $350,000, which is the largest tournament payout in disc golf history, with both the FPO and MPO Champions taking home co-equal $50,000 first-place prizes. The DGPT Powerball Cup begins on Thursday, October 15. All the action will stream live on the Disc Golf Network. Spectator tickets are currently available for purchase. POWERBALL CUP: FPO LOOKAHEAD FPO1 Feature Card: Ohn Scoggins, Holyn Handley, Silva Saarinen, & Missy Gannon FPO2 Feature Card: Eveliina Salonen, Ella Hansen, Catrina Allen, & Rebecca Don 1⃣ Holyn Handley Looks to Go Back-to-Back Holyn Handley enters the 2026 Powerball Cup as the defending champion, and she could hardly arrive with more momentum. Handley is fresh off her second Throw Pink Women’s Disc Golf Championship victory at Winthrop, where she posted a 1011 event rating, the second-highest-rated event of her career. That win also capped a season that has included 10 Tour event podiums and two victories, at the Big Easy Open and OTB Open. After finishing second in the DGPT Powerball World Standings, Handley will start the finale with a five-stroke advantage, trailing only Ohn Scoggins, who earned the top starting position. Handley has already shown exactly how valuable that starting advantage can be. She entered last year’s season finale ranked first in the standings and started with the maximum advantage before going on to win by four strokes. She also produced the hot round of the weekend on Championship Sunday with a -7 at Ivy Hill which currently stands as the course record. At the same event, she led the field in fairway hit percentage, and then finished out the season by winning the Match Play Championship. Her two Tour wins came earlier this season, but Handley has developed a habit of saving some of her best disc golf for the final stretch. Now, she has a chance to make even more history. A second co victory would make Handley just the second player to win back-to-back Tour Championships, joining Missy Gannon, who accomplished the feat in 2023 and 2024. With a five-stroke head start, a recent win at Winthrop, and a proven ability to deliver when the season is on the line, Handley has positioned herself for another run at the title and the largest purse in DGPT history. 2⃣ Season Win Streaks & Career Records at Stake The 2026 Powerball Cup will make history with a $50,000 first prize, the largest in FPO history, surpassing the $40,000 Missy Gannon won in 2023. The projected $350,000 total purse is also the largest in disc golf history, raising the stakes for a field chasing titles and career milestones. Gannon enters as the No. 4 seed with a four-stroke starting advantage and a chance to add to her Tour Championship legacy. A three-time champion in 2021, 2023 and 2024, she has earned $125,850 across seven appearances and leads FPO in career earnings with $484,520. But Paige Pierce sits just $6,517 behind her, while Ohn Scoggins trails by $39,342. With $50,000 going to the winner, the career earnings leaderboard could change significantly this weekend. Both Gannon and Pierce are also fighting to preserve their Tour event win streaks. Gannon has won at least one Tour event every year since 2021, while Pierce’s streak dates back to 2011. Neither has won a Tour event in 2026, making this their final opportunity to keep those runs alive. Pierce finished second last year and led the field in C2 putting, but enters this time as the No. 17 seed with no starting-stroke advantage. For both, the finale offers a chance to preserve a remarkable streak while chasing the biggest FPO payday ever. 3⃣ A Deep Field: New Faces & Familiar Champions Ohn Scoggins enters the Powerball Cup as the No. 1 seed for the first time in her career, earning a six-stroke starting advantage after finishing third in 2025. She arrives with nine Tour event podiums and four victories this season, the most Tour wins in a single year of her career. Scoggins has also earned $60,600 across Tour Championship appearances without a victory, the most in the field among players still seeking their first title. After finishing seventh last year, including a combined five-over-par across her two Ivy Hill rounds, she will look to turn her best starting position into a championship. European stars Silva Saarinen and Eveliina Salonen also enter with strong Player of the Year cases. Saarinen is the No. 3 seed with a four-stroke advantage, while Salonen starts fifth with three strokes. Both players have won five Tour events this season, the most in a single year for either player, and each captured two of the four PDGA Pro Majors in 2026. Saarinen finished third in last year’s finale, while Salonen placed fifth despite leading the field in birdie percentage, parked percentage and strokes gained tee-to-green. Both have a chance to cap historic seasons with another major performance. The field also blends proven champions with new faces. Since the DGPT began in 2016, only Catrina Allen, with two titles, and Missy Gannon, with three, have won the season finale multiple times. Allen, however, has not finished in the top 10 since 2022. Meanwhile, five players will make their Tour Championship debuts, including wild-card qualifiers Matilda Ringbom and Anneli TĂ”ugjas-MĂ€nniste. Nine of the 20 competitors have won a 2026 Major or Elite Series event, matching last year’s 45% share and setting up a finale with plenty of proven talent and breakthrough potential. POWERBALL CUP: MPO LOOKAHEAD MPO1 Feature Card: Gannon Buhr, Ricky Wysocki, Calvin Heimburg, & Adam Hammes MPO2 Feature Card: Isaac Robinson, Niklas Anttila, Sullivan Tipton, & Anthony Barela 1⃣ Can Heimburg Go Back-to-Back at Ivy Hill? Calvin Heimburg returns to Ivy Hill as the defending Powerball Cup champion, fresh off a dramatic victory at the 2026 USDGC. The win marked the second PDGA Pro Major title of his career and his first on U.S. soil, with Heimburg leading the field in birdie rate, parked percentage and strokes gained tee-to-green. He now has a chance to carry that momentum straight into the season finale, where he enters as the No. 3 seed in the DGPT Powerball World Standings with a five-stroke starting advantage. That is two strokes fewer than Gannon Buhr, the top seed, but Heimburg has already shown this season that a deficit against the world’s top-ranked player is far from insurmountable. Two of Heimburg’s six podium finishes this season have been victories, at the OTB Open and USDGC, and both came after back-and-forth battles with Buhr. In each, Heimburg delivered a clutch putting performance down the stretch to secure the win. He also knows what it takes to finish the job at Ivy Hill: his three-stroke victory in 2025 was the largest winning margin at the Tour Championship since Paul McBeth also won by three strokes in 2016, and Heimburg led the field in C2 putting. With a Major win fresh in his memory and a Tour Championship title to defend, Heimburg has a chance to close the season with another statement against the field, and against the world’s No. 1. 2⃣ Championship History Runs Deep Seven of the past 10 Tour Championship titles belong to players in this year’s field, with Ricky Wysocki leading the way with three, Chris Dickerson with two, and Gannon Buhr and Calvin Heimburg with one each. The only champions from that stretch not returning are Paul McBeth, Kevin Jones and Nathan Queen. McBeth’s absence is particularly notable, as this marks the first time in his career he has not qualified for the season finale, although his limited schedule this season played a major role. No player has more Tour Championship success in this year’s field than Wysocki, who owns three victories, five podiums and nine appearances, tied with Dickerson for the most appearances. His 10th-place finish last year was actually his worst result at the event. Now the No. 2 seed with a six-stroke starting advantage, Wysocki enters after a frustrating runner-up finish at USDGC, where a strong final round was undone by a few unfortunate rollaways. He also showed last season that a slow start at Ivy Hill does not have to define his week, battling back from an opening round of +9 to finish 10th by playing some of his best golf over the final two rounds. With four Tour wins and seven podiums already this season, Wysocki has another opportunity to add to an already remarkable Tour Championship legacy. 3⃣ A Few Spots, a Lot of Opportunity Six players will make their Powerball Cup debuts this season: Zach Arlinghaus, Silas Schultz, Jake Monn, Zachary Nash, Fritiof Fagergren and Jaden Rye. Four players also entered the field through wild cards, including Arlinghaus and Fagergren, as well as Ezra Aderhold and Mason Ford, giving several newcomers a chance to make their mark at the biggest event of their seasons. Meanwhile, Isaac Robinson arrives with a different kind of history. In four previous Tour Championship appearances, he has never finished outside the top four, with results of 2nd, 4th, 4th and 2nd. He also shares the Ivy Hill course record of -12 with Evan Smith, with both players shooting it in Round 3 last year. The only thing missing from Robinson’s impressive Tour Championship resume is a victory. The race to simply reach the finale was just as compelling. Corey Ellis was the only player to move into qualifying position after the MVP Open, climbing five spots to 27th and securing his place inside the Top 28. Paul Ulibarri and Evan Smith, meanwhile, entered the finale among the final qualifiers, both benefiting from their Tour victories and the guaranteed spots that came with them. Their presence is a reminder of just how competitive the season-long race can be, with every ranking position carrying real weight as the field narrows for the final event of the year.
