Bodyweight squats are continuous. Slight pauses but no breaks between to accumulate reps. 100 bodyweight squats is the gold mark for your upper legs. The jump rope ensures your feet and lower legs are ready to match what the body needs to go uphill. Work towards the numbers by end of the month. This will get you ready by July if you start now.
