My family decided we were going to spend the day together working outside. We're going to landscape and area that became barren after losing many trees to hurricane Helene about a year ago. If you feel like homeschooling is hard , remember I taught 130+ kids on a daily basis across 2+ grade levels with at least 2 levels of differentiation per lesson. 2 kids are a cakewalk compared to public teaching. Show respect to all teachers. It isn't for the weak. 😅

I rely heavily on extra virgin olive oil. The issue for me is snacks. They love pre-packaged things and most of them are cooked in seed oils. Sadly. I try really hard to do fresh fruits and veggies but we have so many activities with homeschool and what not then grab and go is the most convenient. I do plan on adding ghee to my repertoire soon
