Hehe I doubt I'll be selling it anytime soon. Pretty confident I can eventually meet my own coffee needs though. I've also got a little yerba mate bush, which was another caffeine resiliency play.

Yes - I've experienced dissolving ego (false identity) before but never so many layers & so rapidly. I've felt the pride that comes with allowing the light through into the physical & laughed at my mind again trying to make itself feel significant. Keep sharing your gift, keep going into the unknown, stay humble, keep noticing & regularly come back to the present. ➕💚

I love that you touched on this. I've been dissolving so much attachment with false identities recently, it's been wild. I am not my physical body, I'm not the roles I play, the thoughts I have or the things I do. I'm either sharing my gifts with the world or I'm just consuming the gifts of others. We're here to share because it's in the sharing, in the making manifest of these ideas that flow through us that we experience who we truly are, a devine spark. 🫂💚

Have you heard of syntropic agroforestry? Syntropic being the opposite of entropic, the idea is that plants can influence other plants. If the trees are never allowed to reach senescence (ie a state in which they are no longer growing) the whole system is constantly moving in & out of rapid growth. In practical terms, you plant lots of productive trees with lots of support trees that are pruned regularly to keep them in their growth phase. Pruned materials are deposited on the surface as mulch providing carbon & nutrients to soil life. Fast growing trees such as eucalyptus are used to help send a strong hormonal signal into the soil after pruning. After pruning the roots are also self pruned by the tree, releasing a large amount of exudates for soil life. The technique was developed in parallel with & separate to Permaculture techniques in south America. They are very much aligned but came from different roots. My syntropic rows are about 18 months old now & going great.

The rich just want their wealth protected. If they have agency & they recognize bitcoin for what it is, they will obtain it however they can. Some might even roll their own entropy. Most will just buy an ETF. People should care about their privacy but they don't. People should care about their custody & sovereignty. but they don't. Few will buy Monero unless they want to buy something that can only be bought with Monero.

They want our sats & will do anything to get them cheaply.

I'm very lucky although I suspect this time it is because I rolled lots of dice during setup (no passphrase). I can't be certain though (of anything 😉), so I'm rolling again & changing things up a little. Still no passphrase but I have made & broadcast the Txs without stuffing up & they're in the mempool. I've just got to secure these 12 words in steel now. That's a bit of a relief.

The time to crowdfund was before you introduced a shitcoin. I don't know how we can support you now. Sorry.

GM Inspiration can come to even the most practical of us. This is the closest thing to art I've created in a while. It feels good to create (co-create). I think in time I can remove the zip ties but I've never done this before, so 🤷

GM Coffee harvest after growing for 18 months. Not enough for even a cup of coffee, so these will be planted.

Good morning. Elevating your heart rate for a bit does wonders for your mood. I just blew off some cobwebs of meloncoli & noticed a banana flower emerging. How exciting! Get out there & stretch your legs & heart. 💚🫂

### "Things I Can Do" lists are awesome I've only just figured ou that making something more important doesn't make me want to do it. A part of me finds a way to justify or distract me from not doing something. A private key of mine has been used by a Ledger & was chosen by a cold card MK3. I should have moved it sooner but as I said, importance doesn't motivate me. This is my current "Can Do List" note in Obsidian (available on Zapstore). I've already purchased the towel rail & installed it in the bathroom. I've put off doing that for over 5 years. I just put the first simple, quick little task in that I can later check off that list. I check them all off at once for a bigger dopamine hit. I'm trying to use my tendencies to be kinder to future Me. If extending on the task gets boring I just pick up where I left off later. I try to tick off as many as I can without checking the list, I make a game of it. An unconscious part of then

# The Power of the Streak GM, I've recently been made aware of the significance of streaks (not steaks) among certain ADHD bitcoiners. We love them & we can use them to motivate us to shape our physical reality to our preferences. Whether it's vacuuming & tidying a room, completing a word5, working out or simply going for a walk, if we do it every day for 3 days in a row, it becomes a streak. Maintaining the streak is more appealing than the task itself & any perceived benefits performing it has. The streak itself starts to have significance. Today is my third day in a row that I've gotten up early, had a coffee & gone for a 20 min hike to view the sunrise. Sometimes it's beautiful & sometimes it's disappointing, you can't really tell until you can see a decent horizon. I'm going to use the streak as motivation to get moving because I feel so good when I start the day like this. Your current physical state is largely shaped by the small things you do (or don't do) consistently. It's not the big, high intensity tasks, it's the small things you do every day. **Use it to your advantage.** *Photo from yesterday's hike:* Note - breaking a streak is extremely demotivating. You have to restart from scratch & often that's very difficult for an ADHD bitcoiner. Fuck you word5 - 88+ days in a row & you lost track of it. 🤣

This is effectively how you boil a steak. You'll never get a good crust like this because the Maillard reaction requires temperatures higher than the boiling point of water. If you're going to use butter, use it to baste the steak after you have a good sear. You want your pan hot & dry to do this, no oil is necessary. Once there is a crust, the pan will release the steak & it will no longer be stuck to it. If you don't believe me, look up Maillard reaction.

You are bound by the laws of this universe, natural law & the agreements you made at the soul level. Agreements can be broken but you need to recognize/remember the agreement before it can be rescinded. If you're talking purely physical, there's nothing you can't do unless it infringes upon the rights of another sentient being. Even then you can still do it, it just means that you put the universe out of balance.
