Rizful has a longstanding code -- probably over a year -- where it refuses to send to zeuspay addresses. This is for security reasons. Zeuspay addresses are often used when a user is offline and can't receive an HTLC, which can lead to channel jamming attacks.

It's possible you have configured a "limit" or "budget" for your NWC connection and you are hitting that limit, and maybe your client isn't properly giving you the "budget exceeded" error....
