Engineer on a NOSTR and Bitcoin standard that prefers in person work. Frustrated with not going fast enough. Merry Xmas, Founders.
Awesome do you mind DM’ing please?
Are you receptive to in person cultures? No worries either way I’m just seeing the demand for this type of culture again. I’d be happy to try to help either way.

I’m old mark what do tyfys mean?
This is the standard. Thank you for calling it out. Kindly give me a day to respond to this. Do you mind considering that companies who have an overwhelming majority of bio pronouns will naturally have a union and topic of discussion repeatedly about the ones who don’t. The source of truth on why someone is fired will NEVER be pronoun compliance. There is no source that says this. You can prove very easily however in email exchanges with people getting fired from those with pronouns that cite reasons which you CAN empirically prove are not accurate. Anyway thanks for calling out the debate best practices. I am here too for that. I also defend my time so I’ll reply to this one time and then we can agree to disagree and move on. Cool?
I’m hiring. Personally and on behalf of companies I try to help. If you were fired or let go by someone who has pronouns in their email for not putting pronouns in your email and can prove it, kindly let me know. This stuff is still happening sadly. And I’m not sure how you build any kind of meaningful culture if you don’t start with some courage and common sense thinking as a value. Not one person with pronouns in their bio has researched at all what the suicide rate is for the community they purport to help or has thought critically at all about a solution to that. If they did, there’d be no pronouns in bio. This post is less for people on NOSTR and more for me to be able to point to the fundamentally incurious of the World that how I feel about this cannot be taken down now. Staying on track with culture here: remote work is great for wildly productive and integrous operators that can sink into deep work. Especially engineers. But a culture that is genuinely shite for stuff like this is what keeps some of these operators from wanting to be in person. A great culture means spending a material amount of your life getting paid for having fun by solving tough problems that matter together.
