This is flattened spiced semi-dried at low temp 5% fat raw ground beef. Discovered it tastes like dark bread with some butter and cheese. Tastes amazing actually, incredibly more healthy too… 😛 #carnivore

There was even a #pemmican war in the USA, did you know? The reason sailors got scurvy eating salted meat, is because they first boiled it. People ate only Pemmican for months, even years — prevents scurvy because the lean meat was sun-dried, not hot enough to kill the Vitamin C.
