Added my 14 and son to be 17 year old daughters as authorized users to a low $300 limit CapitalOne credit card. Reports them both to credit bureaus. Going to use this card to pay a monthly $25 bill and then pay off early every month. I went from basically no credit to a 700 in about a year doing this myself, so hopefully by the time they turn 18 they'll have an account a few years old and in good standing on their report.

Unlocking the bootloader on this LG G7 is fucking bullshit. I've unlocked a good handful of devices but this one is a major pain in the ass. I guess I'm going to give it a shot under Windows tomorrow. Luckily I have one install that exists in this house.

I've been asking and hoping for a gtk nostr client as well. One that works on desktop as well as mobile so I don't need to use web clients on my Linux mobile device. The Fediverse has Tuba, which could be a good reference for how a nostr client could look on both desktop and mobile.

Poor arguement. How often a device is on your person or used shouldn't matter at all. You are not borrowing your phone from Samsung, you purchased it and it's your property. You should have the ability to do with it whatever you like.

All devices should have unlockable bootloaders. They don't block you from installing another OS on the new computer you bought, a phone should be no different.

Seems they will have to for devices sold in the EU. I think it's safe to say that Google would lose a huge amount of Pixel sales if they was to do this all markets.

Both Marvel but agreed, both are awesome. I grew up watching Batman the animated series and the animated Spider-Man & X-MEN series. So X-MEN 97 continuing that series was great.
