not wrong here. He may be coming across somewhat crude and unempathetic, maybe but what he is saying is true. Every sucessful revolution, movement displacement, whatever you want to call it always required martyrs, without them there is no actualized subconscious affirmation (signal) of what is right to fight for and what isn't. I also have daughters and think about what I would do almost on a daily basis and the truth is I don't know however, I do know that by taking a plea and assuring my time to spend with them for their "well being" feels good and plausible, deep down I'll know that what I did was show them an example of how to bow down to authoriry and reveal how your principles, beliefs and word can be broken, by an agressor no doubt. If I chose to "fight" and ended up in jail as a result, I would have shown them that no matter what, all you are in life is your beliefs and principles and that that is worth fighting and defending even to the death. That might be enough to set them up to be strong humans that are difficult to govern as well as potentially inspiring them to take on and continue the onerous task of fighting until WE WIN! That being said, history is littered with the bodies of martyrs that died for causes that required only 1% of the blood spilled but this seems to be the way the universe demands it. It's a tough choice but in the end, true heroes, true martyrs are very rare and even more rare in 21st century society. Bill and Keonne owe nothing to no one and only need to answer to themselves in the mirror of life. P.S. Darth is right in that by pleading guilty the precedent was set and that battle is over. Devs are targets now and the only way to stop that is to win and dearm the system of its abilities by taking power and nullifying these laws and precedents. However long that will take. Its a race, always has been!
