Winter hasnt really shown up here so I’ve been taking advantage of all the sunshine. New skill I’m learning for 2026, Rope Flow. It’s way harder than it looks and this is one of the first flows I’ve put two different movements together. Rope Flow combines coordination, spinal locomotion, and endurance all into one activity making your body/facia more fluid through movement. I will be living there on a 3 month contract with no pay. All my work goes towards the farm providing me housing and food aka Work Stay Program. As everyone knows inflation hits different on an island and I’m asking for your help on this new journey of mine.
