https://www.youtube.com/live/rXGxyWt2bIs?si=VGmfjtHvvyoLZj1f Wasn’t the best podcast, the host is kind of clueless but a lot of little bones you can find in it.
A great explanation by Dr Jack Kruse of why orange tint blue light blocking glasses aren’t a fad, aren’t a scam, but greatly impact mental, physical, and sexual health. Tech comes with consequences. Know better, do better. #DirtDawg #JackKruse #Krusestr #Healthstr #Wealthstr #BlueLight #Sunlight

Appreciate that man! Been working on it for some years now, love to hear that from another ATGer.
Hell ya man. I’ve been loving peach this summer. Our season is coming to an end here but I’ve been apart of selling a bunch of different fruit for a farm at my farmers market and it’s been a fun time.
ATG has been a foundation in my training routine. Something I never show in my training video is before every workout I either back works sled pull or run for 6 minutes. ATG has allowed me to gain strength and mobility at the same time and taught me there’s no bad way to move the body. 3x9 ATG Split Squat Pulses 3x6 Reverse Nordic 3x9 Toes Elevated Jefferson Curl 4x15 Bent Knee Calve Raise 4x25 Tib Raise #ATG #KneeOverToes #DirtDawg #Gymstr #Workoutstr #Exercisestr #Fitstr #Healthstr

A full lap of Lower Rainmaker following my buddy Big Papa. This trail is fast with a bunch of fun little jumps. Let me know if you guys like these raw unedited videos. #DirtDawg #MTB #Bikestr #GoPro #POV #LongFormat #Raw #Healthstr #Gymstr
this website is one of the best I’ve found
These are some of my favorite ATG movements especially for mountain biking. Pulsing and jumping deep VMO squats to get stronger in the lower ranges of motion with some additional ankle and foot stability. Some slanted step ups for that short top range of motion. Then I alternate with heel elevated and toes elevated single leg RDLs. Heel elevated really targets the hammy and toes elevated gets that lower hammy and upper calve with added ankle mobility to help with keeping my heels down when Im descending on my bike. Then tied all together with some landmine coiling movements to get the spinal engine and full body facia coordinated. #DirtDawg #Healthstr #Gymstr #Bikestr #Fitstr #Peatstr #Liftstr #Wealthstr #Playstr
