Was ist Erfolg?

Good question. I was wondering the same thing. From my understanding, the answer depends on the athlete, the training goal and the context rather than there being one universal rule.

Thanks for taking the time to write such a detailed comment. Can I ask you a few questions? What is your main sport? How long have you been training? Do you coach athletes professionally? You mentioned your shoulder injury. What exactly happened, and was it related to weighted pull-ups or something else? Which specific movement in my video made you conclude that it was "scary"? What exactly are you basing that assessment on? How much of my training have you actually seen besides this short clip? How do you know what my training history, shoulder health, mobility, strength levels, goals or coaching background look like? Would you normally coach or correct someone after watching only a few seconds of one exercise? When you coach athletes, do you first ask about their goals, injury history and the context of the exercise before giving technical advice? Could there be situations where an exercise looks unusual but is still intentional and appropriate for that athlete? You also wrote, "You know this better than most." Better in what sense? Better than whom? I'm genuinely curious.

Last Saturday I went with another runner from Geneva to the French alps. Perfect weather and many peaks and stunning views He kept everything in a video, which shows my passion to the mountains and love for running on trails the best. ⛰️ Nothing is more beautiful than the mountains. 💛🫶🏻
