6 weeks no alcohol. And no I didn’t hide in a cave to make it easy. In those 6 weeks I went to: birthdays, festivals, conferences, company parties …basically, all the worst places to stay sober. But guess what? I had more fun than ever and less sleep than ever. Still somehow felt stronger, sharper, and no hangovers. So, yes I’m doing a alcohol-free year again.
