BIP-54 seems to be picking up steam, over the past 9 periods, miners have slowly started setting coinbase nlockTime to height - 1 and nsequence != 0xFFFFFFFF. From 0% to > 12% ... what other reason would they have to do that? https://wehodlbtc.com/observatory/signaling
