Haha, yeah I'm not from USA. Where I'm from you have gym chains which aren't bad (I've been to 3 different ones) but you have independent trainers there too. Basically you meet with a person and pay that trainer for each training + you pay gym fee. Friend of mine also does that online tho I don't think its so great for people.
