🌐 Yesterday was International Workers’ Day. Do you have the Labour Market data for Blockchain workforce? ➡️ Do you know how many people work for Decentralised Autonomous Organisations?? ➡️ Do you know what they earn? ➡️ Do you know that only 11% are women? The evidence from The JBBA research, is sobering: ✅ 81% earn less than $5,000 per month ✅ 50% do not rely on DAO income at all ✅ 63% depend on health insurance from a traditional employer or family plan ✅ Only 11% are women. 🌍 DAOs are the frontier of blockchain-based organisation: locationless, pseudonymous, borderless. They are quietly redefining what work means in the digital age.
