It could/will be both. A control system will wall off some bitcoin and use it that way.

Core drama = bullish for #Bitcoin. A centralized dev choke point has always been a hidden risk. Now, rival implementations are rising. This is healthy and bullish. 🚀

Pretty much Core wants to change something that has been in place for a long time with the reason that it will make it easier to add large (100,000 vs 80) data to Bitcoin. Many of the devs and supporters of the change are also financially interested/invested in taking advantage of being able to more easily add large data to Bitcoin. Some claim it adds no risks to remove it, others disagree.

The more I learn about the Core update the more it becomes obvious to me that it is foolish.

Can we just get Antonopolous opinion on core and knots and be done with it? 😅😅
