As engineers, this is how we think. And equations can only have one solution. Perfect Money = Bitcoin

Video: https://rumble.com/v75mcsy-jnnek-a-robotok-mi-lesz-a-munknkkal.html 🧠 Change is never born from “good ideas.” Change always comes from problems and necessity. And this time will be no different: AI and robotics are not hobby projects — they are a response to the fact that running the world has become too expensive, too slow, and too complex. ⚙️ If we understand this, the real question is not whether robotics is coming. The real question is what we do with it — as individuals and as a society. Many of you immediately asked in the comments: what happens to those whose jobs are replaced by robots? A fair question. 📜 This has happened many times in history. Hunter-gatherer societies gave way to agriculture — and suddenly most people no longer had to spend their entire day searching for food. During the Industrial Revolution, machines triggered riots and factory burnings — yet in the end, society gained more than it lost. The Roman aqueducts are another example: when water was no longer carried by people but moved by gravity “working” for us, it became cheaper, more accessible, and human energy was freed up for other purposes. 📊 I ran some numbers on what this could mean locally. In Hungary, about 4.6 million people are employed, and roughly 900,000 jobs could potentially be automated (not all — closer to about a quarter). In certain types of tasks, one robot can replace the work of 4–5 people. This is an enormous leap in efficiency — but it can also create serious tension if handled poorly. 🏛️ Here comes the sensitive part: I don’t believe the answer is simply “distributing money” to everyone. If the solution is handing out free money, inflation is often the result — and over time the system can destabilize because it becomes unclear where and how labor was actually replaced. This won’t look like 10 robots arriving tomorrow and 40 people being fired. It will be a slow, gradual transition. 💡 A more realistic approach might be to use part of the productivity gains generated by robots to reduce taxes. If one robot replaces the work of 4–5 people, the solution should not be to increase the burden on workers — but the opposite. The additional output generated by automation could help reduce taxes on human labor. In a simple model, I calculated that the tax burden could potentially be reduced by 7–8 percentage points — if implemented wisely and proportionally. 🏥 And there is another side: robotics doesn’t only replace — it also fills shortages. Doctor shortages, surgeon shortages, diagnostic capacity gaps — in these areas AI and robotics could bring massive improvements. Instead of waiting months for an examination or procedure, it could be days. This isn’t science fiction; it’s a capacity question. 🌍 For me, the real stakes are freedom and competition. If robotics and AI truly push prices downward by making production cheaper, we must not suffocate that with bad regulation. Competition is what makes more and more goods and services accessible. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 At the same time, one thing becomes more valuable: the human element. A real conversation. Genuine service. A painting created by a person who put emotion and story into it — not something printed by a machine. One paradox of the future may be this: the more machines we have, the more valuable what is human becomes. 🧾 To close with a simple thought: the future can be good — if we use it well. We need to learn, stay flexible, and remain proactive. In nature, what doesn’t bend eventually breaks. 🚗 (And yes — I recorded these thoughts while sitting in the car during my son’s training session… Tesla might switch the lights on me any minute. 😄) #robotics #AI #future #work #economy #innovation #tax #inflation #healthcare #adaptation #Hungary #technology

📉 Yes, it’s true: Bitcoin has dropped significantly in recent weeks. But there’s one important thing we must not forget: 1 Bitcoin is still 1 Bitcoin. 🛡️ The strength of the network matters, not the price. Bitcoin’s adoption, security, and protection have never been this strong. In the United States, regulation is about to come into force that allows banks to fully handle Bitcoin—and in fact, this has already begun. Across many countries and continents, adoption continues to move forward. 🇪🇺 Meanwhile, Europe is regulating at its usual pace. Not supporting, not encouraging—mostly regulating. That’s the reality. 500 million people trying to set the direction for a world of 8 billion. 🥇 Why is gold valuable? Not because someone declared it so, but because of its properties: – it doesn’t corrode – it doesn’t wear out – it can be remelted – it’s hard to produce – its supply grows slowly (1–2% per year) ₿ The same logic applies to Bitcoin. – global consensus – cannot be inflated or printed – digital – independent of states or corporations – the key is in your hands—you don’t need to trust anyone else 📊 In my view, Bitcoin is currently one of the most undervalued assets. Precisely because of these properties. Yes, it’s “on sale” right now—but this is not a short-term game. ⏳ Bitcoin is for the long term. Not for a week, not for a year. But for 4–6–8–10 years. Not for trading, not for leverage. ⚠️ Leveraged exchange positions are dangerous. I don’t recommend them—only with extreme caution, if at all. 💡 What I do recommend: Money you won’t need within the next 1–2 years can comfortably go into Bitcoin for the long term. Have a great day! Bye! 👋 #bitcoin #investment #money #inflation #storeofvalue #longterm #awareness #finance #selfsovereignty

🏋️‍♂️ Monday morning workout done! 🎯 I really wanted to start this week strong again. I’ll be around locally for the coming days, mostly at the office, with a clear focus on development and future plans. 🏗️ Last Friday we held our first design review with the architects. They brought three core inspirations that finally allow us to truly envision our catalog homes. This is an important milestone. ⚙️ When it comes to prefabricated family homes and apartment buildings, standardization is key. The systems that work best are the ones you can prepare for, sell again and again, with only minimal, personalized adjustments. That’s where efficiency can be built—and that’s exactly the efficiency we want to give back to the market. 💡 If you build a fully custom home, every discipline comes as a separate cost: architect, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical designer. With standardized solutions, these costs can be distributed—down to fractions—making construction faster, more predictable, and more affordable. 📐 The plans and visualizations were very convincing. I’m curious how much this form and way of thinking will resonate with you—this is where we’re starting. 🏘️ In parallel, we’re continuing the Nyíregyháza project as well: we’re planning to start on-site assembly in early March, so the 19-unit residential complex we launched last autumn can finally be completed. 🧱 Our own technology is taking shape too. The first half of the mold is already in the production hall, and the second half will be cut within days. In the first round, we’ll cast a 3×6 meter sample element to test precision, geometric accuracy, and manufacturability. 🔍 If everything checks out, the real products can follow. 🚀 We’re working on it, step by step. Have a great day everyone! See you! #workout #monday #prefabrication #construction #cataloghomes #realestatedevelopment #design #manufacturing #innovation #progress

Video: https://rumble.com/v75h8gq-mindig-van-vlasztsod.html 🏋️‍♂️ Sunday evening workout done. 🧭 I consciously wanted to close the week with training—and I’ll start tomorrow morning the same way. Not by accident. Over the past few days, I posted a video about the future: about America, AI, and robotics. One of them really took off—more than 700,000 of you watched it, thousands shared it, and over 1,500 comments came in. No ads. No bots. Just thoughts that clearly resonated with many of you. 💬 I make these videos because I think out loud. And because you keep telling me that you can take something home from these thoughts as well. After the comments, I had a conversation with someone where we quickly ended up in the familiar narrative of “governments,” “shadow powers,” and “there’s nothing we can do.” Sounds familiar, right? ⚙️ I see it differently. Yes, there are forces we don’t control. But there is always room to move. We have time. We have knowledge. We have relationships. And most importantly: we have decisions. If nothing else, you can always influence how you respond, how you help others, and how you prepare for the direction the world is heading. 🌍 The future is not a closed script. The directions are visible, but the outcome depends on who is prepared. This isn’t luck. It’s the meeting point of preparation and opportunity. In five to ten years, you can build an entirely new path from zero—a career, a company, a life. There are countless examples. You just have to look for them. 🎯 You can’t be everyone, and you can’t walk every path. You have to focus. You have to choose what you invest your time, energy, and attention in. That’s real freedom—and real responsibility. 💪 You have room to move. You always have. And you always will.

Video: https://rumble.com/v75ck8e-egy-nap-ami-emlkeztetett-arra-hogy-mirt-rdemes-csinlni.html 🏃‍♂️ I’ve arrived at Lurdy House — it was a long, dense, but very valuable day. 💡 Days like this always remind me why I do what I do. Not for the rush, not for the number of meetings, but to create real value: better buildings, better processes, better decisions. 🤝 The morning started with a meeting. I sat down with Árpi, the host of the 21 Hungarian Bitcoin Podcast. I brought him a yellow Coldcard Q — not by accident. I believe financial self-sovereignty is not a theory but a practice, and he will showcase this perfectly on his podcast. 🏗️ Most of the day was filled with construction-related meetings. I visited a long-established Hungarian general contractor, then continued the work at an architectural studio. New projects, new structural solutions, apartment configurations, layer structures — we’re still in the design phase, but it’s already clear we’re moving in the right direction. 🚀 One thought kept coming back throughout the day: we’re not just building structures. We’re building systems. Mindsets. Quality. Precast family homes and apartment buildings that are durable, energy-efficient, and truly represent the 21st century. 🌍 We closed the day at the MOL Tower, at Virtu, during the Bizalmi Kör Duna Club event. One sentence really stayed with me: it’s not the strongest or the smartest who survive, but those who can adapt. ⚡ The story of the Auchan–Tesla charging network proves this perfectly. Fast decisions, courage, accountability — and today the entire country benefits from it. These are the kinds of decisions every industry needs. 🧠 It was also a good feeling to see that the company functions without me. Colleagues are working, sending videos from production, they know who is responsible for what and why their task matters. That’s what real organization looks like. 🖤 At the end of the day, we also received difficult news in the family. Moments like this make everything clear: we’re only here for a short time. While we can, let’s give, love, and build — people and the future. #leadership #entrepreneurship #construction #precast #innovation #Bitcoin #community #adaptation #valuecreation #life

Video: https://rumble.com/v759o0w-a-szoksaid-ersebbek-mint-a-motivcid.-alakts-rajtuk.html 🏃‍♂️ Wednesday morning run done. 💡 Successful people are not the ones who start out with a perfectly detailed plan and execute it flawlessly from day one. They are the ones who create a vision. They imagine where they want to be, what kind of life they want to live, and who they want to become when they reach their goals. 🧠 Many people call this the “law of attraction,” and it sounds mystical. The reality is much more simple — and biological. Our brain is constantly filtering information. We are exposed to massive amounts of input every day, but we only truly notice what we focus on. What you look for is what you will see. 🚗 Think about it: you choose a specific car model, and suddenly you see it everywhere. Or remember the childhood game of spotting yellow cars. There weren’t suddenly more of them — you just became more sensitive to noticing them. Life works the same way. 🌄 Our brain is not designed to see the entire path ahead. Early humans didn’t need to know what was in the valley — only that they wanted to get over the mountain. Creativity, instinct, and action move you forward, not a perfect map. 🔁 The key to success is not constant motivation. It’s habits. The everyday decisions: how you drink your coffee, whether you move your body, go play football, smoke, or get up from the couch. These are what give momentum to your life. 📏 There’s another important factor: your standards. You stay in a situation as long as you can tolerate it. You move only when it starts to hurt. But this threshold can be raised. What will you no longer tolerate? How are you no longer willing to behave? These are your internal compass points. 🛡️ And then there’s the safety net: your systems. You never fall below the level of the systems you’ve built. If you have systems, they hold you even when motivation runs out. Systems are what provide real security. 📅 For example, if your calendar is overloaded with no breaks, it’s not the world’s fault — it’s the system. If you leave space, the system works. If you don’t, it collapses. 🔑 The bottom line: you shape your own life. If you don’t do it, someone else will do it for you. Write in the comments: what will you change? For me, it’s my calendar — every weekend I plan the next week in detail. Have a great week, take care! 🙌 #running #selfdevelopment #habits #focus #systems #lifedesign #mindfulness #motivation #leadership #responsibility

Video: https://rumble.com/v758iqm-bni-select-tallkoz-budapest-newyork-caf.html 🏛️ Today I attended a BNI event Owners and CEOs of companies with over 1 billion HUF in annual revenue gathered at the New York Café in Budapest. 🤝 The usual rounds, many familiar faces — but there are always new connections too. That’s the best part: we can reflect on each other, recognize shared challenges, and often the first ideas for solutions already start forming on the spot. 💬 Great atmosphere, constructive conversations, honest exchange of experience. Days like this always reinforce the feeling that we’re not struggling alone — and how much community truly matters. ❄️ We’re on our way home now — the snowfall is quite intense, hopefully it’ll be a bit friendlier as we head out of the city. 🏗️ Meanwhile, life at home doesn’t stop: – the team is working, – templates for prefabricated family homes and apartment buildings are in progress, – the architects are at the drawing boards, – and toward the end of the week we’ll hold an internal design review, where we’ll go through the first inspirations for three model homes prepared for the catalog. 📈 We’ll be back with updates soon.
