Monday morning run. A podcast in my ears. They were talking about the root causes of the Iran conflict. Then the interviewer went on a tangent â said heâs not religious, but heâd watched a film about the Bible. And he was stunned: the same dynamics, the same narratives playing out thousands of years ago are playing out right now. Why? Because humans donât change. Weâve behaved the same way for millennia. Same biology, same needs. Only the scenery changes. And sometimes something more important shifts too: the monetary system. On April 17â19, weâre hosting a Bitcoin Conference at Hotel Atlantis in HajdĂşszoboszlĂł, Hungary. I believe weâll be discussing one of the most important tools humanity has ever had access to. Beyond my usual talks, Iâm bringing a special one: âMagyar BĂĄrkaâ â The Hungarian Ark. I first presented it at a small Budapest meetup. It struck a nerve. People are searching for permanence. For security in a world that feels increasingly chaotic. Weâve reached a point where you donât even want to follow the news anymore â because you canât influence any of it. So what can you influence? Your actions, your thoughts, your decisions. Nothing else. The conference is nonprofit. We spend every last forint on the event itself. Entry is free â despite pushback from my own team. This is a gift. From the Hungarian Bitcoin community to you. We believe thereâs a tool that works, scales, and could replace the current monetary system. Whatâs missing? You. Your friend. The few people around you who havenât heard about it yet. Weâre not selling anything. No paid groups, no exchange, no hidden profit. Just information â do with it what you will. The lineup includes legal experts, tax specialists, and deep Bitcoin thinkers. Beginners, intermediate, and advanced â everyone belongs here. Free tickets available until Wednesday, March 25. Register: www.bitcoinmiskolc.hu Also â Bitcoin Meetup tomorrow, Tuesday March 24, 5:00 PM at Hotel Aurora, Miskolc. Open to everyone, completely free. Come with your questions. Humans donât change. But their tools do. #Bitcoin #BitcoinConference #Hungary #cryptocurrency #monetarysystem #community #nonprofit #MagyarBĂĄrka
Actually, it is scheduled for every morning and every afternoon â sometimes I delete or move them according to my work or family commitments.
đ§ Societyâs biggest lie? âYou are who you are.â I hear it everywhere. At thirty, forty, fifty. Sure, you could learn when you were young â but now? Now youâre just⌠you. Thatâs not truth. Thatâs a choice. Your choice. đĄ WHY does this matter now? In the age of AI, knowledge will be free. Not long ago, if you didnât know something, you paid someone who did. Diplomas, certifications, licenses â entire systems built to gatekeep knowledge. Thatâs going away. AI can help you with any problem. Today, and even more so tomorrow. What someone memorized and charged for will be available to anyone. So if all knowledge is in our hands â what kind of people do we need? đ§ What I see in practice. Excellent people. People who want it. Who are open. Who want to bring something to the world. Not the ones who clock in, grind eight hours, and leave without caring. We all feel thatâs wrong. It never was right. When I hire, credentials arenât first. The state has requirements â we comply. But what matters: attitude. Do they want to grow? Can they change when needed? Growth is non-negotiable. Thatâs what this world demands. đŻ What can you do? Donât believe anyone who says youâve peaked. That you canât climb out. You can. Any moment. Google which AI to try. Doesnât matter which â download it, start working. Ask the friend who already uses one. But itâs not just AI. Itâs the books you read. The podcasts you listen to. The people you let in â even through YouTube. Being excellent is a basic human trait. That we werenât conditioned for it? Thatâs just a setting. One you can change. You canât be everyone â only someone. But that someone is your choice. Technology lets us surround ourselves with people we aspire to become. No exclusive circles needed. Just find them. But it takes your decision. đ Sunday morning run done â the week begins. Hope next week brings something great for all of us. #AI #Mindset #Growth #Change #Excellence #Entrepreneurship #Construction #SundayThoughts
Twelve workouts were on my calendar this week. I deleted at least ten of them. And I still got it done. đď¸ Saturday night. Everything else had already run its course, and I finally hit the point where there were no more excuses. Not because someone told me to. Not because I watched a motivational video. But because I got tired of always being last on my own list. This isnât about discipline. Itâs about a decision. The decision not to push yourself to thirteenth place when you barely managed to get through the first twelve tasks. Nobody is going to come up to you and ask you to take care of yourself. Nobody will politely remind you to move, sleep, eat right. People are busy with themselves â and thatâs fine. But thatâs exactly why you should be busy with yourself too. Youâll never have fewer tasks. Youâll never have more free time. The âperfect momentâ is never coming. There will always be something more urgent, something more important â outside of you. As a founder, I see this pattern every single day. We build the company, hit the deadlines, support the team â and leave ourselves for last. Then we wonder why weâre tired, impatient, burned out. But the truth is simple: you can only give what you already have. Health. Energy. A clear head. Without those, your decisions wonât be sharp, your team wonât get enough of you. Think of yourself first â not out of selfishness, but out of responsibility. Because if you collapse, the company wonât stand in for you. If youâre not in shape, your family gets a lesser version of you. If you donât start today, tomorrow wonât be a better time. Thereâs no better day to start than the day you decided to. That was my Saturday night. đŞ #entrepreneur #workout #discipline #mindset #founder #leadership #priorities #health #selfcare #noexcuses

Early morning start from Miskolc. Three and a half hours on the road. BNI International Conference, BalatonfĂźred. Worth every minute. đ¤ Spent most of the day with AndrĂĄs Avidor â his talk, lunch, conversations. Met a lot of people, made real connections both ways: gave and received. But one idea stuck with me. AndrĂĄs talked about the parameters of success â and they donât add up. They multiply. Which means if you zero out on one, the whole result is zero. The three parameters: Visibility â you need to be where your clients are. Being good isnât enough. They have to know about you. Reliability â it matters how you work, how you show up, how you treat people. This isnât about image. Itâs about character. Efficiency â your time is finite. If youâre not efficient, the other two wonât save you. đ§ This multiplication logic hit hard because itâs exactly what I do every single day. I make videos because I need to be visible. We work with precision in the factory because reliability is non-negotiable. And I use AI tools from content creation to design because efficiency is what makes a small team scalable. AndrĂĄs reinforced what I already feel: you donât need to be excellent in just one area. You need all three at once â because the product is ruthless. One zero and the whole thing collapses. đ Now heading to Budapest. Tomorrow: Portfolio Construction Industry Conference, then an evening mastermind session. Back home Thursday. Keep moving. Keep connecting. Show people how you can help. Because value creation doesnât happen from the couch. Value creation is on the road. #BNI #networking #entrepreneurship #constructiontech #visibility #AI #businessgrowth #valuecreation #startup #prefabconstruction
Video: https://rumble.com/v776k6m-ne-a-foly-vigyen-te-vlaszd-meg-az-irnyt.html Monday morning run â done. Someone messaged me over the weekend asking how to move forward, just a little, day by day. I answered with one image. Picture yourself standing by a river. The water flows downhill â thatâs nature doing its thing. If you sit down and do nothing, gravity and entropy will take care of you. Just not the way youâd want. If you donât choose your direction, someone else will. And if nobody cares enough to bother â nature will. This isnât a motivational quote. Itâs physics. Most people drift along the river. They see something in the distance â a peak, a goal, a dream â but uncertainty stops them cold. Because nobody guarantees youâll get there. Of course not. Thatâs exactly why you need systems, not just willpower. Read books by people who started from zero and made it. Theyâll tell you how they thought. Not all will click. But one will. And suddenly youâre no longer drifting. You look up and see where the mountains are. Your brain didnât evolve to memorize data. Thatâs a modern myth. It exists to connect dots across unknown terrain. To get you from A to B when you have no clue whatâs ahead. Thatâs what youâre built for. Everyone has talent â just not in the same thing. Some trade, some build, some think deep, some help others. The book that started it for me was Atomic Habits. The core idea: get 1% better every day. When I started running at 34, I could barely do 1,400 meters. My goal was 2 km. I didnât go all in. I added 20 meters per run. Not more. After a few weeks I couldâve pushed harder. But I stuck to the system. Twenty meters, no more. Three runs a week, +20m each â thatâs 150 sessions a year. Thatâs 3 km of progress. Way past the goal. In 18 months I hit 12 km. Lost 22 kilos. My immune system rebuilt itself â I donât need a test to know that, I feel it. One percent daily beats one heroic effort you canât sustain. Make a plan. Donât drift downstream. Look up â find the mountains. And start walking. #AtomicHabits #1PercentBetter #DailyHabits #Entrepreneurship #Discipline #Mindset #Running #SystemsOverGoals #PersonalGrowth #StartFromZero
Video: https://rumble.com/v76z3k8-ritkn-mondok-jt-de-ez-profi-termk.html Pulled into the Berente site this morning. And there it was. The first walls of our prototype technology building are standing. Not on a render. Not on a drawing table. In reality. The team could barely wait to walk over and see it. I went too. Even better up close. We assembled 2D panels for the walls, while the house structure itself is built entirely from 3D volumetric elements. The 16-centimeter thermal insulation layer is clearly visible in blue. Underneath, a simulated base slab fitted with waterproofing. The end wall is solid, joints are precise, the gap is minimal â 15 millimeters. We used wooden formwork for now, for speed. The final steel formwork solution is coming. But the point isnât that it looks good. The point is that this building is already teaching us. Small nuances came to the surface â things that would cost serious money on a live project. The waterproofing overlap, for instance â a few millimeters of bulging can affect how the entire structure behaves. When you manufacture to precision, every single millimeter matters. Thatâs exactly why we built the prototype before building anyoneâs house. đ§ The rest of the day we worked on our own internal operations. Weâre a loose, agile team â we never liked formal rules. But now weâre making so many decisions, and we need to define our processes in such detail to stay efficient, that keeping it all in our heads just doesnât cut it anymore. We started a new habit: every meeting gets an immediate protocol, which then gets developed into a formal standard. AI is a daily tool in this â not just for me, but for the whole team. Hilti also visited. Not just as a tool supplier â they showed us IT solutions that can support our workflow too. Weâll see where it leads. đ The highlight of the day was BuildEXTâs presentation. Csaba LivjĂĄk and SĂĄndor Nagyâs design firm showed us how they work with BIM day to day. Futuristic. We want that future too â but not to show off. We want real results and real efficiency back from the system. At the end of the day, GĂĄspĂĄr Panghy came by â the founder of Nordii. We reviewed costs, coordinated the next projects, then walked out to the prototype building together. GĂĄspĂĄr rarely says anything positive. Today he said: âNow this is a professional product.â Then he added that half of Europe will come to see what we Hungarians put together. Weâre not thinking vertically â weâre not building ten-story towers. Weâre going horizontal. Ground floor, one level, two-three stories. High-quality modular prefab where everyone wins. This isnât a dream. Itâs standing in Berente right now. Weâll hold an open day soon, and weâre planning a one-day conference too. GĂĄspĂĄr will be there, sharing the philosophy that hooked me from the start: how to build so that not only the construction is fast, but the maintenance stays affordable too. Tomorrow we continue. Steps forward. #prefab #precast #constructiontech #modularconstruction #BIM #innovation #HungarianEngineering #prototype #concretetechnology #smartbuilding
Video: https://rumble.com/v76vkio-millimterekben-mrjk-tonnban-emeljk.html Woke up this morning not thinking much about the day ahead. Then I remembered: today we assemble our prototype elements for the first time. Suddenly the day felt different. đď¸ We lifted four 15-ton prefabricated concrete wall elements into place at our Berente facility. First real-world assembly. Six months of tooling development led to this moment. The goal was simple: prove the system works. Prove that our molds produce elements with millimeter-level accuracy. Prove they fit together. Prove the insulation layer handles the load. And it all checked out. Gaps between elements? Nearly invisible. Floor deviation? One millimeter. External surface tolerance? Four to five mm max â on elements 6 meters wide, over 3 meters tall, weighing 12 to 14 tons each. The real number that matters: 42 sqm assembled to structural completion in half a day. With better logistics, a family home could be structurally complete in two days. This isnât a revolution. Itâs engineering. Small steps, but every step is measurable. Weâre also working on an 86 sqm weekend house design â first client feedback looks promising. Weâre open for business: element delivery, structural completion on-site, or full turnkey. Contractors, investors, developers â reach out. The vision is building better, faster, cheaper. Starting in Hungary. Then Central Europe. Then beyond. But right now? Weâre focused on millimeters. Because thatâs where everything starts. #prefab #precastconcrete #constructiontech #startup #engineering #modularconstruction #hungary #building #innovation
