I didn’t know about the documentary until you commented. I watched it last night. I had gone there 10 years ago and thought how sad that nobody had tried to improve it. Matt and Trey put their hearts into fixing it. We had a blast and didn’t get to see it all. Having shots of root beer and racing Black Bart in Mario kart made it special. So I made reservations to go back in August.

Even with the previous owners and their cafeteria style food, I knew it was about the experience and atmosphere. The food is better now also considering the large amount of customers can occupy it.

We finally got to checkout #CasaBonita in #Denver. I’ve been curious about the changes since the creators of #Southpark bought it. The cliff diving, entertainment, games and decor brought smiles to our faces.
