I’ve run into so many people who don’t know how to be a good dog owner and in my opinion that’s a danger to others. Right outside my apartment door two dogs got into a scuffle and neither owner knew what to do! It was just a bunch of yelling and the dogs didn’t listen of course. Imagine if those dogs just bolted after a kid? So many tiny women have a big ass dog with zero training and they think they’re in charge? Sorry, I kinda hate irresponsible dog owners.
