@exactly21 Last year a doctor instructed me to start carnivore diet to combat inflamation of my body.. I had an awful experience. Definetley we have to eat real food, much more good protein than veggies etc but In my opinion, not everyone can do carnivore diet.

If possible, I would love to hear Dr. Cassone's opinion on this. 🙏
