The flavor is not super strong - it's best to harvest them after a couple of days of sunshine, because rain can wash away pollen which carries the flavor. Or just make some jelly and spread it on there to double the elderflowerness 😄 Apple juice makes a good foundation for that btw 😊 For the stems, as I said I always cut them off, since I am using a pan. I will try to document my process if I still remember in half a year 😄

This isn't a left/right thing imo, but general societial. I think humans always have an urge to separate themselves from others by "being better". Be it skin color, religion, earning more, being "less" handicapped than that other person you heard of. It just feels good to know someone else is being worse than you are. But that doesn't contribute to a better future for anyone. Because 99% of us aren't "fully centered". And a lot is lost in prejudice. This is why I like this graphic. You said your are one the edge on one slice. I am on some more. And middle in some other. I still live a good life compared to many on this rock. Mainly just because I was born in the right region though. We have the resources to make it better for all, but our little brains are too worried about uneducated autist dark skinned trans gay people taking our jobs, to say it bluntly. 🤣
