It seems that Start9 is more robust/pro. I tried playing with a raspberry pi by myself, but unfortunately I don't have the time for it. When my umbrel home arrived, it was up and running in 2 minutes. Downloaded bitcoin core and a few other apps, the day after everything was ready to be used. People report security issues with umbrel, like HTTP and lack of encryption, but I guess it's only a problem if you're a target with a lot of resources (not my case). I've spent more money with umbrel home and miners than my total bitcoin reserve 😂

My (2TB from September 2024) works just fine. I have a small lightning node, TOR only, 15 channels, 30M total capacity. That's good if you want to control your funds, unsure it could route huge transactions and handle many more channels. seems more robust, with way more storage and RAM available. #Umbrel or #Start9, make sure you control your keys, your hashrate, your nodes :)
