
I just sat for 20 minutes and focused on the breath at my heartcenter and the sounds around me. A dual awareness. At first, I only heard the dryer. But after a few minutes, I heard my watch ticking, my dog breathing, the fridge, a scooter in the distance, the wind whistling.
