Recently it was my birthday (again!), and my sat stacking daughter (middle one) who is more precious than rubies had decided to paint a picture for me. This is it! We used to spend a week in September going to Outer Banks and our many fond memories there sparked a desire to have a special painting created that brought that into our home so we could be reminded of the many trips over the years and how special that place was/still is to us. Anyway, words cannot express the joy and memories this gift brings. Anyway this daughter is wise beyond her years and this is one of the reasons I speak often of the blessings of children. It has taken several decades to reach this point. Men, plant the seeds of your youth. Lay down your life for a family, your family. Understand the time that we’re in and the reason you stack sats is for the human side of this equation: love. Love is the answer and its blessings stack better than sats if you can believe that. Please enjoy responsibly. She’s a great artist. Keep going

Looking back, incredibly grateful my family is a wonderful testament to God’s love. In view of my own fallible and sinful parenting, we have been blessed greatly. In our desire to raise Godly children, we learned that not everyone is able to bear their own children, that our “choices” have lasting and real natural consequences, and that no one I’ve met wishes they’d had less children. Amazing how many have realized late in life they wish they’d hadn’t listened to the secular worldview message of “demographic winter”. Just one take in this topic.
