If you're saying they provide free things and that's insane, think about who gets bailed out, subsidies, tariff returns, tax advantages, etc. One preferred group gets a lot more handouts than the other. It's just not seen that way. Overall, handouts may be bad policy for some, but if it's between giving defense contractors that can't pass an audit handouts vs people, it's an easy choice. 🤙
