The code has been there for quite a while and didn't seem to be a problem until Citrea decided it was. Anyway I can make it more difficult to spam the blockchain with kiddie porn I'm going to do. If someone holds their life savings in bitcoin they've effectively contributed all the value they've created for others that that savings represents.
