Totally agree, we actually touched that point too ✔️ But you have to go slow with it. If you push the “good money vs bad money” idea too hard or too fast, you risk pulling away too many certainties at once.😅 A bit of curiosity works better than full-on evangelism. People connect when they arrive there on their own.

I told him one thing first: from this year on, our oil can only be bought in sats. He barely knew what Bitcoin was, so I asked him a simple question: “What is money, to you?” From there, curiosity did the work. We talked about Bitcoin as electronic cash, then ownership, then sovereignty, almost like a game. Now he wants to start a DCA and to buy €1063 in BTC: €1000 to hold long term, €63 for a tin of oil 😎🫒⚡️ I’ll keep playing this game with friends. It works.

Creativity is underrated in self-custody. A creative mind can turn storage into something safer, more resilient, and geographically sparse, without looking like storage at all.

It depends on the use case. If a payment needs to be instant, without a doubt Lightning ⚡️ For everything else, on-chain ⛓️ I haven’t really used the other setups yet, to be honest (still a bit of a newbie there) I’m just moving from WoS to Phoenix to better understand how things work.

Totally agree. You have to touch the right points and meet people where their curiosity already is. For me, what really pulled me in was the historical and philosophical layer behind Bitcoin. That’s what made everything else click. And honestly, to the “skeptical by default” crowd I can only say: thanks 😁 It’s also thanks to them that we still get the chance to stack BTC under 💯k.
