Funny one. A lot of things are mostly true because even martial arts are not exempt from the general decay of society... However, it all depends on the teacher's knowledge, vision, and ability to create a healthy, disciplined environment. From experience, I can vouch that these teachers still exist, and I try at my best to carry on this type of teaching
