Yep. My read is they aren’t raising the cattle for dairy themselves, but are working with local farmers willing to uphold their quality and testing standards. So they have filled out the necessary paperwork for the “herdshare”, allowing them to sell specialized products. They are adding a vig as the middle man aggregating all these product offerings. Definitely doesn’t seem like easy work. Glad they put in the effort.

I think it's a good heuristic to use for filtering given how much content is available. If you are willing to speak confidently about a topic, that I know there is a baseline lack of understanding, why trust that the work has been done on other topics?

Just a tip - so you can take it or leave it. But going to a platform like nostr with a video showing a very poor understanding of the one thing everyone here has done their homework on, might not be the best idea. It exposes you as uniformed or a grifter, giving nostriches a reason to ignore the rest of your content, even if you have a better understanding of other topics.
