Yeah that sounds cool. I could see then having a solid set up for something like that. I’ve noticed a lotta empty storefronts there and weird vibe at night on the streets. You can tell drugs have hit that area hard.

I go there once a year for work, always look forward to it. The area as you drive south from there, I consider some of the most beautiful land in the country. Not sure that I see Charleston, especially the "Downtown" area, as the ideal.

Yeah - we have found ourselves doing it, not by plan. I don't think it's a clearly better way to do it, but I do see some benefits and works for us.
