got me two tubs of HODL butter for my birthday. Way less than a month later (TBH it took great restraint to not eat them up in two weeks), both jars were spatulaed shiny clean! The perfectly balanced flavor is addictive and my daughter (who keeps asking for “mecan butter”) and I are longing for more… Last night I finally did an experiment I’ve had in mind for years and made peanut butter pound cakes. I’ll taste them on Sunday, but they look and smell really promising. But now I’m thinking, next batch of HODL butter I get, I’ll try making THAT into a pound cake! That could be an incredible Fall treat.
