This is a project I am finishing up. A water level monitoring device, using a series of float switches at 6" intervals (we are prone to flooding, so having water level data lets me know if I have to move my car or if I need to take the dog out to pee before we might see flooding). The water level switches along with temperature and other sensors are wired up to a Raspberry Pi Pico (no wifi). The Pico is then connecting to a T-Beam, running Meshtastic. The T-Beam sends JSON data on a private Meshtastic channel, where a dotnet application monitors MQTT to then push the data into a thingsboard dashboard. Works quite well https://youtu.be/rD5SywEl1bo https://youtu.be/DGB9rKK5GMU #iot #internetofthings #weather #obx #obxlife #soundside #capehatteras #hatterasisland #arduino #raspberrypi #arduino #meshtastic
