I do, for medical reasons. Been my way of life for over a decade. I feel the most healthy when I decreased or eliminated starchy carbs and mostly eat meat, animal fat, and non-starchy vegetables (mostly carnivore in winter, and some veg in summer). I would be deathly ill if I ate a high carb and high processed food diet.
